Weighed in at 191lbs this morning /sigh
I mean, I'm on my period so maybe I'm just bloated or whatever, but this is still unacceptable. I was thrilled to break 200lbs and honestly this fluctuation (187-191lbs) is just too close for comfort.
On the baby food diet I did forever ago, I lost 5lbs in a week. Which was great! But I fell off that hype train and decided on a different diet.
Basically, I'll be trying to do 600 calories or less every day as well as working out for an hour or two. Lots of water, lots of good teas. I'm hoping to break 180 and hopefully be in the low 170s by the end of November. After that I want to fast the first weekend of December to really kick my body into gear, and then I can start December ready to kick ass and get what I want.
I need to clean up myself and my room and everything this month, and then wrap everything up and get some serious shit done next month. Let's fucking rock it!
