I don’t know if I’d say ‘just’. While I’m sure they love you, some of them can also seem a bit ferocious. But yes, I agree. But what about huskies and border collies and pomeranians and labradors? I don’t want alien dogs anymore.

Well... yeah. I’m not-- They can be mean sometimes, but it’s not all of them. And it’s not always. I like to think of them as nice. Passionate and nice. We can just keep to regular dogs, I think. I’ll be happy to go with you to pick out a regular dog, if you want one. A husky or lab or whatever other ones you named out.

“Hmm, do not want,” Zayn whined, moving closer to Liam and burying his face on the crook of his neck. “You’re a very comfortable mattress, Leeyum,” he whispered, letting his eyes fall shut for a few seconds. When Zayn was sure he was going to end up falling asleep if he didn’t move, he groaned, sitting up then moving away from Liam, standing up next to the bed and offering the younger man a hand. “Let’s go, yeah?”

Liam took the whine. Under other circumstances, he may have opposed it, but with Zayn on top of him, he didn’t really care enough. Instead, he wrapped his arms more snugly around and spoke into the dark hair his face pressed against, “Thank you.” It didn’t help to hear that particular way Zayn said his name. Liam might have done anything after hearing it. None to soon though, Zayn was moving away, whatever had changed his mind. He followed, unknowing and uncaring, taking Zayn’s hand, sitting up, and pressing a gentle kiss to the boy’s -his boyfriend’s- second knuckle before standing up and leading the way to his bathroom.
