i love media with evil unreliable gays i love you Rope (1948) i love you The Great Gatsby i love you Talented Mr Ripley i love you The Secret History i love you Fight Club (1999) i love you American Psycho (2000) i love you Challengers (2024) I LOVE YOU
rope (1948) is a fun movie because yes the whole point is they’re evil because they’re gay and killed a guy just because they think they deserved to and that’s bad etc etc. but honestly i’m on their side. your honor that guy was probably annoying as fuck..
HELLO EVERY PONY!!! drawing i did a little bit ago 👼

Spread their names!
Engineers between 19 and 24, most linked to Musk’s companies, are playing a key role as he seizes control of federal infrastructure.
elon is really mad about this so it would be a shame if people kept spreading the names around
Michael Bluth is sick of his family. Done simply dreaming of his freedom, he decides he's finally--for the final time--had enough and sets his sights on Arizona. But where he ends up instead, well, let's just say he's definitely not in California anymore.

so ferris bueller’s day off (1986) features a conversation between cameron and sloane about the future, including possible future careers. it’s of course left open ended because they don’t know what to do with their lives, which is the point. still, i did some extracurricular musing and landed on vague career paths for all three of them, because why not?
cameron: low level job at a radio station (secretarial work or smthn similar) → people keep telling him his has a good voice for radio → eventually applies successfully for his own late night show (probably egged on by ferris and sloane) → radio dj
sloane: signs up for improv classes on a whim → gets really into improv just when people are starting to take note of it → does improv and probably some acting as well later in her career like many successful improvisers end up doing → improv comedian/actress
ferris: goes into advertising because it’s the easiest route (already his dad’s field of work) → happens to have a knack for it and the plot armor necessary to protect him from scrutiny vis a vis his professionalism and lack thereof → doesn’t really climb the ranks but he’s good at the job he’s got → advertising specialist
i got roped 1948
idea that's been floating around in my head for weeks (TRANSGENDOR)
"You look how I feel!" "...Gay?" is such a great exchange. Gob's expression and tone. The wind immediately going out of Tobias's sails. The mutual panic and confusion. The fact that it makes no goddamn sense. Shakespearian.
