Sincerely hope the tories are glad for thinking selfishly when voting yesterday, enjoy your ever thriving class status. I am truly disgusted how Theresa May has formed a government with the DUP party. A party with such immoral policies; weakly concerned about the environment, showing disrespect to LGBTQ communities, and shining similar traits towards women that Thatcher did. How, as a stable government are we supposed to progress through the future with a hung parliament, that's resulted in a coalition with a party which reflects policies of old, unstable governments? However, on a positive note, Labour has shaped a new way of politics for the future. A fantastic campaign has been led by Corbyn over the past 7 weeks, showing enthusiasm and passion about the countries best interest, in which many parties will now follow. The involvement of the younger generation has truly made this otherwise pointless election, an election to go down in history. Corbyn's fascinating methods of campaigning, resulted in a 72% voting turnout for 18-25 year olds. I am proud of my generation. A generation that looks into the future, for the whole country's benefits and not for a selfish gain. Labour, a party for the many, not the few. 🌹

PACIFIST OR MILITANT?

I feel as though personally, I’m a pacifist. (I’m not Yoko Ono 2.0, I’d never brake The Beatles up, however that’s a topic itself) I totally believe that the idea of violence is idiotic and we cannot properly combat against our problems by simply killing our enemies and also the innocent civilians that pass away with this cause.

However, this ‘pacifist or militant’ topic is highly controversial to me, as normally when I believe in something, I do not even consider why others may believe in the contrasting option, in this case, militant. But, over the past few weeks, I’ve come to the realisation that being a person who believes war and violence is acceptable (in certain circumstances, of course) are not as idiotic as I used the refer to these people as. It makes sense that if yourself, your family, your country was in danger, you would fight for your safety, in which I agree is correct, and would not frown upon this.

Alternatively I do believe that people who believe life should be an ongoing 'war party’ are idiotic, I mean, why would you even evoke violence and death when there is no cause for it?

In conclusion, I’m not very sure if I’m 100% a pacifist? Just confused really.

Prejudice Leader?

So many surprised people about Cameron's comments towards Corbyn at PMQ's today; he's a conservative, of course he's going to look down upon those considered 'lower class' than him.

This just shows the man who represents our country cannot overcome the ways in which people dress. Immature and stupid; just like his policies.

At least Corbyn isn't salmon lips.

WHERE IS HUMANITY?

Yes, I'm very aware of my constant posting about the subject of the current refugee crisis. However, on my social media account, I'm constantly peering at videos of the horrible situations these humans have to experience; young children aged 3 are fleeing ALONE, oversees to safer based countries such as Greece and Turkey from their home.

This is the 'problem' that has catalysed many of my conversations over the past weeks; should we keep our boarders open and allow these human beings in for aid or shall we just leave them scattered as a security action, to not further increase our threat?

In my opinion, I believe we should take in as many innocent civilians as we can to really combat against this crisis. Although, yes, there is a slim chance of increasing our threat, we need to come to the realisation that if we were placed in this situation we would need the desperate help.

I believe that the totally diabolical terrorist attacks in which are constantly triggering around the world, should not stop humanity in the world. If others are in danger and need aid, then there we shall do what we can for them.

REFUGEE CRISIS: HUMANITY HAS BEEN LOST

These striking images displayed above completely changed my perspective on fleeing Syrian Refugees to Europe to escape the uncontrollable chaos, in the so called ‘Islamic state’.

These three images represent a small child comforting his father after he breaks down due to the situation he has to drag his family though. Many people I have discussed with state ‘but they choose to flee their countries, meaning they wish these conditions upon themselves’, however, in fact, these vile conditions they are situated in now, are a million times safer than being in their country with corrupted government. Imagine the mental pain this father is going through; the best living conditions he can provide for a family are basically dirty, unsafe slums. Imagine the pain he has to go through everyday; seeing his loved ones starve themselves, with ½ small meals a day, catching frightful illnesses due to the freezing conditions they cannot escape. This just shows how humanity has been lost.

However, many people who do actually have a sense of empathy towards these poor humans just sit and ponder about how awful their situations are. But, nothing will change the way they live if we, being in the lucky situation we are, do not strive to overcome this horrific poverty crisis these humans are facing.

Many charities in the UK are striving to overcome this crisis, with efforts going into; item collections, food banks, and fundraising. This shows that we can in fact make a difference for these suffering humans. Just imagine you and your family stuck in this crisis, with no home, no place to call 'safe’ anymore, wouldn’t you appreciate even the slightest littlest thing another individual could do to help you? This is why we all need to work together and fight this crisis. It is so easy to become involved; start emailing charities and ask what you can do to help, organise fundraising events such as cake sales, a sponsored walk, anything to raise even a penny would be great. Although right now humanity for these people has been utterly lost, with our passionate work and effort, we can help these humans live a life that they were born to live.

Myself, I do find that living in a country where our own government does nothing but add to this crisis, it is hard to understand why we should actually help them. But, Mr Cameron’s hypocritical actions; by bombing the country, will not only increase our threat, however make life more of a living hell for these people suffering.

Bombing does not kill an ideology, instead it is a catalyst for war; and when has war ever cured something? Exactly.
