...actually it's been out for a couple days now but time managmenent who? idk her

Brief info:

Basically, this is a 'hood that is inhabited by some of the sims I once made for various projects of mine, such as machinimas and novels. I just thought it was a little unfair to leave them hanging since none of said projects were finished, so I decided to give them a new home where they could be finally put to use. Ngl, it was quite entertaining to watch all those characters from different stories living together and interacting in one community.

Important mention though, this is NOT a story hood. Which means there's no plot or anything like that. Just sims and their relationships.

- 71 lots: 57 residential, 1 apartment and 13 community; - 19 families; - There are some randomly created NPCs, but not many; - Custom camera mods recommended; - Built on a custom terrain map created by me; - All families have their starting time set at 5 am on Monday; - The empty version (without any residents and NPCs) is provided; - Not BGC; - CC free.

The only issue you may encounter is some NPCs with names in a different language because my game isn't in English, but this can be easily fixed via SimBlender or SimPe.

Since many people seemed to enjoy the last suburbia, I decided to make another version, this time with single-story homes. The rent ranges from 4,000 to 5,000 simoleons. Two of the houses have 3 bedrooms while the other two only have 2 bedrooms. I only did basic furnishings like the kitchens and bathrooms.

The beds in TS4 are much lower than ts3 beds, so I recommend a shiftable mattress

[ATS' Tiny House Duvets] and sketchbookpixel's [shiftable single] and [shiftable double mattress] are my personal favorites.

Toddler bed was made with @deniisu-sims [Base Game Toddler Mattresses] in mind.

Vanity disappears when the dresser functions of it are used, but it's fine otherwise.

I know this is late, I was hospitalized twice while converting this, but I wanted to convert the entirety of the Pastel Pop kit all in one place. I know other converters have gone through doing pieces of it, but I wanted to make a highly create-a-style tool compatible set.

Maybe my set will be the one people enjoy because of create-a-style tool compatibility or something, I don't know... so I want to put it out for all of you even if pieces have been done before. So here it is :)

Converted to Sims 3 and packaged into a .zip file over at SimFileShare. Most pieces have at least one part if not all of it compatible with the create-a-style tool. There's also a collection file included - PLEASE - Tell me if the collection file I included was the incorrect one.

Again, maybe some of my conversions will be preferred, and maybe you'll prefer the conversion from another creator. It's no hard feelings.
