I believe there are some factors relating to other signs in a chart that might express emotion- what I can give is my own personal experience, but it’s important to know that every person is different. I’ve heard that libra moons tend to get fairly attached, and speaking from someone that has a libra moon I’ve found that I’ve had a similar issue- but then there are other chart placements to consider, etc. Libras are often known as being a fairly affectionate sign in general, which I believe sometimes is why the flirting stereotype for libras comes into play when in fact it might just be a misunderstanding of the personality type. Relationships are very important to libras, not just romantically but other associations too, and sometimes the way of showing this can be more or less intense depending on the libra and their other alignments.
