Every house has ghosts. Every family has a history, has its secrets. The Scientias are shrouded in mystery and when Gladiolus Amicitia, a carer for Ignis' uncle, Atticus, becomes entangled in them, he decides to find out what darkness is haunting this family. What he finds tests him beyond reason and he will not come from this unscathed. However, he hopes to save the one he has fallen hopelessly in love with despite the warnings.

in the wake of blm posts making their rounds through tumblr, especially in regards to fandom blogs... how about nonblack fans actually do the work? fine, you’re reblogging petitions, reading guides, and gofundmes. this is all well and good but i’ve seen a lot of you continue to talk over black people who are trying to tell you that you’re doing something wrong.

blocking black people who aren’t okay with the anti-black or weird gimmicky things you do in regards to fandom (blm fanfics & cop hugging fanart) is still racist. the “i support blm” in your bio means absolutely nothing when you refuse to listen to black people. we already don’t feel welcome in fandom spaces. this isn’t hard to find proof of either. fandoms are wildly anti-black. you cannot think you’re being ally when you silence the very people you’re claiming to want to help.

I haven’t abandoned Ivy, Ruin, Roy. FFVII Remake came out and I played that, then took several days off from writing about ghosts. Hopefully the next chapter will be up next Tuesday or Wednesday.

They stared at each other for a moment, the tension thick between them. A muscle in Gladio’s jaw twitched. Ignis’s ears rang, his cheeks scalding with heat as his brain caught up with his mouth. He could hardly believe what he’d said, what he’d asked Gladio to do. What had he been thinking?

A moment of tension between Ignis and Gladio leads to something unexpected.
