During the winter it can be kind of hard to get access to like, the same kind of ingredients every time, so mostly I try to get whatever vegetables I have on hand. This batch has the usual stuff in it. Y’know, flour, cabbage, potato, carrot, vegetable broth, pepper... This time I also manage to get some bay leaves, sage, sweet potato, and a liiittle splash of milk.
[Smiles again] You have to cook it really slowly for a few hours and stir a lot throughout. I think it turned out okay considering I was also making dessert at the same time.
