For some reason tumblr doesn't let me reply to any comments, so @bi-numi-aliyani I hope you don't mind if I answer to you as a post!
First of all, I think I need to mention that I'm not any kind of professional at this! It was my first time trying this method. Basically, the thing I've learned out of my drawing on a rock experience is that you can draw with any materials you have as long as you know how to draw. I wouldn't call myself the most genius artist ever, I only know some basic stuff and have a desire to create something of my own. So I don't see it as anything incredible honesty, you can do it yourself, as long as you have a big rock and a few tiny pebbles of different colors. The only thing I can recommend is to do it on the seashore, as I did, because you'll be able to find there all kinds of different pebbles that will fit perfectly for this activity. And also a wet stick, that you can use as an eraser.
So I deeply encourage you to try it for yourself, it's always good to try something new in your life 🫶
I am shocked of how many people liked my Apollo rock painting. I never thought it would get this much recognition. Thank you everyone, may Apollo bless you!🙏🙏🙏☀
I drew this with PEBBLES!!!!!! I really enjoyed the process though, guess I'm a caveman now. Hope my god is pleased, that's for him🙏☀
Apollo do you like the view?
I came to the seaside first time in a long while just to say hi to Poseidon, does it count as an offering?
Though I'm actually curious, what can I give him as an offering... I want to throw something into sea, but I don't know what exactly is going to fit and not ruin the environment along the way...
Call me crazy but I think I felt Apollo's presence at my therapy session today. Like he was near and patting the back of my head?? And it was right at the moment when I was doing some sort of meditation practice with the guidance of my psychologist.
Anyway I love Apollo
Me: Oh gods please help me to wake up at 7 am
Apollo, waking me up at 6:30, shining a sun right into my eyes through the BLACKOUT curtains: Say no more darling wakey wakey💋☀☀☀☀☀☀
I got blessed by Lord Apollo guys I can't explain how have I painted it for just an hour
I'd like to talk a little about my experience with the Gods, that's been happening recently
I haven't posted anything lately, because I was very busy with moving from my hometown to the opposite part of the country (I live in Russia, so it's a long way and a lot of stress for me) Of course, while I was moving I've been constantly keeping Hermes on my mind, just to reassure myself. But as I was getting used to the new town and new apartment I didn't have many opportunities to pray to the gods or lighting candles... it almost felt like my bond with them was weakening, even though I know it's okay to take breaks sometimes and let myself rest and do the staff I need to do. I got a new job (I'm a librarian now!), new apartment, everything is new.
I put my candle for Hades into a wineglass and it has melted so beautifully, it feels like a pomegranate wine to me now, I hope Lord Hades likes it that way🤭💜
Is it considered as an act of devotion when I just randomly decide to draw the way he feels to me? Anyway... I literally had a vision haha
Yeah basically that's how I saw him in my head when he randomly decided to say hi to me yesterday lol
A funny thing happened to me today.
I'm new to the hellenism and I'm still only trying to build up my relationship with the gods, and until now I've only been using dices because it felt like the easiest way (although I'm still not sure of how accurate it is and if Hermes is actually talking to me or I'm just naive and silly), but tonight I decided why not try to work with a pendulum (a necklace in my case, don't have an actual pendulum, but I hope it's fine for the beginning) And what would you think... I started as I thought trying to get a message from Hermes, but turned out The King Hades Himself decided to have a chat with me instead??? I was so shocked and yet so happy at the same time, like hey hello I love you Hades but genuinely WHY... If there are any helpol enthusiasts who would explain me why would the King of the Underworld reach out to me I'd be quite grateful hahaha...
