I am making it a habit to eat 1/4 cup of almonds in the mid morning and also a late evening snack. They are amazing and fill you right up, while also killing any cravings.
I LOVE this song!! I do my crunches to it everyday. Every time the chorus comes around, ("What doesn't kill you makes you stronger...What doesn't kill you makes a FIGHTER"), I get the push to do more. Try it for yourself. Try to change it up a bit throughout. Throw some mountain climbers in there, some bicycle crunches, leg lifts, whatever. Have a fun workout today!! I just did!

My new favorite snack is now almonds. My goal is to eat 1/4 cup everyday. Well, until I can't stand to eat another almond ever again. The cool thing is they can easily be mixed with with salads, yogurt, or even crushed onto chicken or salmon. FAST BURN!! Here’s the workout I did this morning! I gotta tell ya HOW AMAZING it feels to know that I did 40 push ups this morning. Now, I’m not talkin bout the push ups that people call “girlie,” (Terrible name btw). I’m talkin on the balls of my feet, full plank, and full body style push ups. Just about a month ago I was only doin 4 to 5 pushups in the (so known) girlie type push ups. I’m coming so far in such a short period of time. I LOVE it!! Altogether: 200 Jumping Jacks 160 Crunches 80 Squats 40 Push Ups What?!!!?!!?!?!! =)
