The Boston agency posted this job listing online for a “director of operations” position at a company called Rehtom Inc. The requirements sounded nothing short of brutal:
• Standing up almost all the time • Constantly exerting yourself • Working from 135 to unlimited hours per week • Degrees in medicine, finance and culinary arts necessary • No vacations • The work load goes up on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s and other holidays • No time to sleep • Salary = $0

How old are your kids and how long from the end of their nap until bed time?
Jackson’s 12.5m and if were lucky he’s up for 6hrs until bedtime but it’s usually more like 7/8 hours.
I feel like it’s waaaaaay too long to be awake for but I literally have no other choice because he needs to nap around 11am and if he has an afternoon nap he’ll be up until midnight.
My son is 7.5 months. He's a crappy napper. Always has been. 2-3 30-45 min naps or 1 30 min and 1 2 hour. In bed anywhere between 8:30-10:30 and just now started "sleeping through the night." He still gets up a lot. Doesn't self soothe well.

Never in a million years did I think I would be cloth diapering. Masons almost sleeping through the night and we think he's not because he wakes up soaked through disposables. So we are trying cloth at night. I have a friend who has a whole stash she will let me borrow. I want to do it full time but Drew thinks it gross and I'm having a hard time getting him on board.
