Of all the characters in The Untamed, I relate to Wei Wuxian the most, because I, too, could not remember who the fuck Su She was when he showed up in episode 44.

The makers of The Untamed really looked their censors in the eye and were like "sure we'll take out that gay stuff", took out the kissing and the love confessions and the sexy stuff from the novel.

And then proceeded to keep all the actual romantic buildup and the sexual tension and the watching in silence, the longing gazes, and the serenading and the duets and the "person A questions his entire world view because of his love for B" and all the fucking longing and I for one think that's very sexy (and gay) of them!!
