i love three year olds

Today at work while in the preschool room a little three year old was pretending to talk on the play phones we have. He holds it up to his ear and says “ Hello? Hello! “ He then pulls it away from his face looks at me and says “ he hung up on me!” He then hands me the phone and says “ Here you try!” I take the phone and say “ hello are you there!? Hello!? how rude dont you hang up on ******!” ( stars are to keep the childs name confidental )  the little boy then takes the phone back begins to talk on it again “ hello!? hello? hey you dont you hang up on Miss Bobbi!”

this then continued for the next 20 minutes

i honestly love how at this age they see you do something and they want to do the same thing

i decided to write this blog to talk about my everyday life in my career of being an early childhood educator.  its a very underestimated career and we dont nearly get as much credit as we deserve.

So much can happen within a day and its amazing how much you learn from the children weather they be 2 months or 11 years old
