2020 November - didn’t stain this year

Been 2 years since deck was power washed and stained. Stained 8/29 and rained 8/31. Looks brand new again. Cracks don’t appear to be getting much longer. I did not measure them.

Deck was stained Friday. These were taken today.

Day of staining this is what deck looked like when painter arrived. He did use a gas blower to dry before he stained so I hope it is ok!

10/6/17 deck power washed before sealing next week. This was taken in the morning after to show dew still on deck.
