Yesterday I had migraine again. I still went to a psychologist appointment. It's weird how talking to a psychologist should help but I just end up sader and feeling more depressed afterwards. Also today my back has been in so much pain that I can rarely bend it. 😭

Yesterday I was one hour in a shopping centre, drove there by car. Afterwards I walked one hour with my dog, and also I started to take out studs from my old car tires. Today I'm completely exhausted. Pacing is hard.

Today I realised, that car is actually an Mercedes Benz, haven't noticed the brand before on that car. Also I think it's weird how they left tires inside the car. I couldn't close one of those front doors because a tree has been growing there for years.

My stud removing project has started. Now half of the studs are removed from the first tire. These tires are going to be summer tires next year.

Update; I finished all tires by the end of January. All studs removed. 😊

Sometimes I get so sad. While other people are going on long walks and being active, I feel stuck. My fatigue and pain prevents me from living the life I wanted to live. Also I hate how abled people just don't understand chronic fatigue. Like I won't feel better if I do/exercise more. 😭
