Hello and welcome to the Lifesteal Updates account! We're a fan-run account that will try our best to keep you up to date on current Lifesteal lore. There are 10 admins, but most of us are twitter users so currently only two of us are updating this account.
Our main priority will be weekly recaps! Each week (day yet to be determined), we will upload a recap of major events on Lifesteal. If people are interested, we can also provide updates on individual streams (if admins are available).
We also will promote fan-projects at the admins discretion, as well as reblogging clips, quotes, and silly moments.
We have all Lifestealers on Tumblr blocked.
Any questions / ideas please feel free to send an ask :D

Wemmbu Revival
As planned, Atlas (Derapchu and Zam) revived Wemmbu.
This went wrong as Flame hates Wemmbu, and the scheme ended with Atlas losing most of their revival beacon ingredients and Wemmbu dying twice.
Mawn Conflict
Previously, Mapicc had told Zam that he was upset by Zam teaming with Derapchu, as it feels like Zam is only using him for fights.
Mapicc decided he wanted power over the server, specifically spawn. He created Mawn, declaring himself leader with various rules to be followed while players are at spawn, and a huge amount of wardens around spawn.
These rules include: Mapicc must be invited to all recordings, Mapicc can join any VC, max armour cannot be worn at spawn, the wardens must be respected, everyone must build 1 new build at spawn per day, as well as others.
Flame was Mapicc's second in command for Mawn, but Mane found himself opposed to spawn - despite this, the Blindfold Brothers remained teamed.
Zam and Derapchu didn't want to fight against Mawn so ran away and created their own nation of Zaun, where they could be peaceful.
Kaboodle, Manepear and Pentar created their own resistance group against Mawn, which went through multiple different names before settling on the Guardians of Anarchy.
Kaboodle revived Reddoons, leaving him with three debts to her - one was to kill Terrain, one was to oppose Mawn.
Red and Subz set up bombs at all the servers valuable farms which explode when you load the chunk. Mapicc blamed Zaun and killed Derap but Zam convinced him it wasn't them.
Atlas revived Leo around this time, and he was immediately killed by Flame. (He didn't tell Hannah about his revival, upsetting her, so they are no longer teamed).
Chief then flooded Spawn without telling Mapicc, and Zaun was blamed. Mapicc, Flame and Jepexx dropped 100 wardens on Zaun in response.
Jepexx and Mapicc both died to wardens, with Flame killing Derap and both members of Atlas dying.
After, Derapchu told Mapicc that they just wanted to be peaceful, and that Chief was the one to flood spawn.
Mapicc and Zam then spoke about everything, and agreed that Zam could be teamed with both Derapchu and Mapicc.
This led to Mawn basically being dissolved.
The Guardians of Anarchy have now shifted their goals to re-ban everyone who's been revived this season.
Minutetech
Minutetech revealed this week that he is currently on 2 hearts, after trading all of his hearts for a stack of e-gaps.
Vitalasy Christmas Challenge
Vitalasy briefly returned to the server for a Christmas themed "Kill Santa" game where Subz had to try and hunt him down and kill him while Vitalasy was AFK, with Zam, 4C and Rek (Elf team) trying to protect him.
The Elf team succeeded, and afterwards Zam and Vitalasy had a talk in the replica of the Vitalasy hole (S5 build) that Zam had built.
They spoke about Eclipse Federation, and both apologised to the other.
4CVIT
4C has been feeling very alone on Lifesteal recently, as nobody notices that he cares about them, especially Zam.
He in fact built a house at Zaun, but nobody realised it was his.
He showed chat a room full of 61 flowers, which he has assumedly been taking from Zam's flower field.
His other team the Tunnel Rats have been expanding their tunnel system further recently.
As usual, Lifesteal members DNI, major spoilers under the read-more!
The War for Spawn
Kab successfully convinced a huge amount of players to join her in the fight against the Blindfold Brothers. She also built multiple traps around spawn.
Before session, the Empire and Zam eventually built the Death Star orbital cannon.
While they were building, 4C was secretly watching them and overheard their plans.
Before the war for spawn, Poafa tried to give all his hearts to Zam and ban himself off the server.
The war itself was postponed by the Blindfold Bandits refusing to fight at spawn, eventually agreeing to another location.
The fight itself ended with the Blindfold Bandits winning, and this was later discovered to be as a result of Team FOCUS betraying.
The Death Star failed to fire as a result of sabotage, but Spoke and Mapicc both wanted to use the nuke shot instead of stab shot, destroying all of spawn, against the wishes of the rest of the group.
Minute and Mane had a 1v1 duel, which Minute lost as expected (he had a far lower heart count)
After the session, Wemmbu had Flame ban him from the server. There was a possibility he would have asked Zam to be the one to ban him but Zam ignored his message.
Ashswag
Ashswag wants to ally himself with the Blindfold Bandits - Flame gave him three hearts to get back to ten.
He really wants to be evil, and attacked and attempted (unsuccessfully) to kill Pangi.
Later, he killed Kab after Squiddo told him that they had been mean to her. Kab views this as a betrayal.
The Tunnel Rats
The Rekrap and 4C tunnel system has grown, and with it their new group, called the Tunnel Rats.
Every person who finds them in the tunnel system has to join the Tunnel Rats.
The group has a few rules, breaking which means you are immediately KOS - they have to make tunnels, they cannot tell people about the tunnels, and any conflicts outside of the tunnels don't matter inside the tunnels.
Team Atlas
PrinceZam and Derapchu have created a new team called Atlas. (Poafa is a member of the team officially, but is unaware of this fact as he hasn't logged on)
Derapchu has materials for revive beacons, and they are planning to slowly revive the banned players.
They recently revived Midmysticx, and are planning to revive Wemmbu today (15th Dec). They asked for this information only to be spoken about on twitter using emojis to avoid leaking.
Killerbunnies
After Mane told Kab about how Clown had been 'helping' him hunt her down, the two spoke.
Clown convinced her that it wasn't a betrayal, and soon after Mapicc and Zam appeared and attacked them, as Mapicc doesn't want Clown to have the mace.
They killed Kab but Clown escaped.
Kab and Clown now want to try and kill them in return.
The Empire
The Empire have a plan to remove all revive materials from the server and ban Kaboodle in order to get the mace from Clown.
This was overheard by Rek and Chief in the tunnels.
Mane's Death
During the 14th December session, Manepear was killed by an arrow cannon. He had previously claimed that when he died the griefing of spawn would stop.
No one knew who was responsible for his death, and the Blindfold Bandits want revenge.
Hannah and Bacon investigated it in order to get hearts for finding the perpetrator, and realised it was likely SB's arrow cannon, despite him not being online. Hannah died to the trap while investigating.
They are going to blame SB and Derap for it, even though Kab helped build the cannon.
So... it has been a week! This recap might be a little out of order in some places, but I hope I've got the main story beats - please send us an ask if there's anything major we're missing, I'll happily add more.
As usual, Lifesteal members DNI, major spoilers underneath the readmore :D
Team PE
ECorridor still hasn't told Pentar about the fact he isn't actually immortal.
He told Zam earlier this week that he is in fact at 20 hearts, implying he has killed somebody.
Kaboodle, Zam, Mapicc and the fight against Manepear
This week, Kaboodle and SB have been creating traps around spawn with the goal of killing Manepear. The trap will kill everyone in a 100 block radius.
Eventually, she joined with Mapicc and Zam (and Derapchu). This alliance is incredibly dysfunctional.
During a very interesting stream where Zam spoke about his wish to reconcile with Vitalasy, he talked to Manepear about Mane's motives.
Mane wants to instigate conflict on the server as the server needs it, he wants to get more people involved not just Zam and Mapicc.
If Mane dies, he'll stop blowing up spawn.
After this talk, he and Mane fought, which led to Zam getting spawn killed. Naked at spawn on five hearts, he messaged multiple people for help, and the only one who responded was Subz.
After speaking with 4C, Kaboodle realised that reviving people will be really really difficult this season, and some people may get permabanned.
This terrified them, and made them regret banning Red, as he may never come back this season. They are now rethinking banning Mane.
The Mapicc, Zam and Kaboodle alliance tried to make an arrow cannon at spawn, but it blew itself up multiple times, then Manepear found it and sabotaged it.
Kaboodle has also been recruiting people for a massive war at the session tomorrow.
Team Focus
Squiddo has retrieved their hearts from the VIP session and is now at 20 hearts, for unknown reasons.
4C and Cube have also been helping Rek with his giant tunnel system under spawn.
The Empire
The Empire have decided to make their return now instead of January, and have their own plan to deal with Manepear.
They are hoping to create a giant Death Star with an orbital strike cannon before the session tomorrow and use it to kill Mane.
Little late this week, sorry! Lifesteal CCs DNI. Spoilers under the cut.
Trial Chambers and God Apples
Pangi, Derapchu and SB have made a plan to do every trial chamber in the world border in order to get god apples.
They then are breaking the vaults so no-one else can use them.
The Empire
In the November 2nd session, they revealed they have 'big plans' but will need to wait to complete them until Minute can be active again (likely in January).
For now, their main focus is getting hearts.
In the next session, Spoke managed to die twice including once to cacti, and got a curse of binding pumpkin stuck on his head.
Chief has been working on traps, so far unsuccessfully.
Team PE
Pentar has admitted he doesn't 100% trust ECorridor.
He realised while editing his most recent video that some things don't add up.
Hannah and Kaboodle
Hannah has stated in call with other Lifesteal members that she doesn't trust Kaboodle completely, as she feels that Kab shares all of her secrets.
Spawn Griefing
Earlier this week, Zam, Mapicc and Minute managed to successfully kill Wemmbu.
After Minute and Mapicc logged off, Flame and Manepear logged on, and after talking to Zam and Wemmbu at spawn the three began to blow up spawn again.
He attempted to use the arrow canon on them, but forgot to mute his mic and they realised something was wrong and fled.
They fought again and Zam died.
Zam, Kaboodle and Spawn
After spending some time earlier in the week tormenting Zam and drawing parallels between herself and joker!Zam, the griefing of spawn made Kab realise they were far more similar to Zam than they thought.
This made Kaboodle create a 'company' called 'Karma's Law', as she cannot publicly admit she cares about spawn and the people for fear of it being used against her.
Karma's Law will attempt to keep balance on the server by restoring damage and heart count.
She blew up Flame's volcano in retaliation for spawn, and created a shulker of gear for Zam, however Pangi found it and renamed it, pretending it was from him.
Kab caught him doing this, and he and Derapchu killed them.
Kab and SB then tried to trap them, but it failed and Kab died again.
Karma's law contrasts with Zam's own goals of keeping the server functional.
Later, Mapicc and Zam wanted to 2v1 Manepear, and convinced him to come to spawn using Kab as bait. Mane targeted Kab in the fight until she fled, then Mane called in Pentar to help and Mapicc and Zam had to run.
They later created a sort of alliance between Mapicc, Zam, Kab, Bacon, Spoke and Minute against Manepear.
Kab gave Zam five hearts so he could fight Mane, Flame and Pentar.
In the ensuing fight, Zam and Mapicc died.
Kab wanted to give Zam gear and let him keep one of the hearts but he refused, causing conflict between them.
Zam's refusal to keep the gear is because his ability to provide for himself is one of the few things he feels he can offer on Lifesteal. He sees himself in Kab and has hated seeing himself in other people since Jumper's betrayal.
Later, they spoke again about him refusing the gear. She compared his Oath to her Laws of Karma, but he thinks that basing everything on statistics is stupid when everyone acts because of emotions.
They spoke a while more about morality and Kab's issues with vulnerability.
We decided to merge the recaps for last week and this week together as literally nothing happened in Week 16, and very little has happened this week too. As usual, major spoilers below the read-more, Lifesteal members should be blocked but if one of them is seeing this DNI.
Manepear
Manepear has been killing people randomly in their bases. We found this out via a Pangi stream, where he was jumped out of nowhere while grinding in his base.
He later found out from his teammate SB that Mane had jumped him earlier.
Mane asked to meet with the two of the, and asked for 2 hearts for SB otherwise he would destroy SB's base.
They tried to find out why Mane was doing this but he refused to answer.
When SB refused, they left and then Mane killed Pangi again. The viewers still don't know why.
SB also told Pangi that Minute had randomly killed him earlier in the week, but they don't think it's related.
Pangi and SB now want to kill Manepear.
4CVIT
In his 30th of October Stream, 4C returned to Lifesteal after around a month of being offline.
He revealed that the reason for his inactivity was because he'd accidentally soft-locked himself in an infinite void, and whenever he would log on the server would crash.
He doesn't want the other Lifestealers knowing about what he did.
He decided to try and find out what he had missed while he was offline, and found Mid, Leo and Redd's graves.
He then played a cinematic of all his moments with Redd in the past, and shared with chat that he was sad that they were banned.
He later went to Zam's flower field to frolic while Relic (a music disc that has significance from Season 5) played.
So. This has been an eventful week. This recap is accurate up to the 21st of October, as usual Lifesteal members should be blocked but just in case please DNI, and major spoilers under the read-more.
The End of Zam's Pacifism
Early this week (15th Oct), Zam had another moment of crisis over his pacifism.
He debated trying to chunkban Wemmbu but decided against it.
While flying around spawn, he accidentally came across Derapchu banning Midmysticx off the server (a result of her selling enough Makeship plushies).
Derapchu told Zam that he did this because there were "no repercussions".
Those two words changed Zam's outlook on pacifism completely.
He then fought Wemmbu and Flamefrags with Mapicc and Spoke, and lost, with Mapicc and Spoke dying, but Zam was still happy.
After, he told Poafa about how Minute's words to him in Season 5 (about s3!Zam being Minute's inspiration for heroism) had influenced a lot of his current Lifesteal arc.
Zam rewrote his oath to prioritise protecting innocents, and is now willing to fight and kill players who hurt the server or innocents.
Later in the week, he decided to build an arrow cannon to hopefully kill Wemmbu in the session, and Poafa agreed to fire it.
California Girls
On the 17th of October, Bacon decided he wanted to betray Wemmbu for killing Planet.
After debating for a while, he told Kaboodle, who agreed to help him trap Wemmbu.
Zam is also aware of Bacon's thoughts on Wemmbu, and also the fact Bacon doesn't trust Kab.
Kab was concerned Wemmbu might kill them in revenge, and Bacon agreed that it's likely, but he won't spare too much effort on killing them, so they'll probably be fine.
Kaboodle
As part of her scheme to get closer to Woogie, Kab has been building an IKEA to prove her peacefulness. (This has led to her being jumped by Mane last week - I forgot to put this in the recap)
The day before the session, they met with Woogie at his tower and told him to get Reddoons online to duel them, otherwise she will destroy everything he loves, starting with blowing up one floor of his tower for every day Reddoon's doesn't log on.
Zam and Squiddo were secretly listening to this, although it is uncertain if Squiddo is secretly working with Kab.
Kab is apparently aware that Zam has been watching some of her conversations with Woogie, as someone was "watching him" too. This made Zam suspect if he can't trust Bacon, or if they are secretly working with Manepear.
After Kaboodle left, Zam and Woogie talked, revealing Redd was planning to get banned during in the duel but withdrawing all bar one of his hearts.
After, Squiddo and Kaboodle talked, with Squiddo accidentally revealing they'd been giving Kab ideas for dealing with Mane.
“If the only language that Mane knows how to speak is violence, then I’ll start learning it”
Kaboodle is going to place "landmines" everywhere to mess with him.
October 19th Session
The sessions started with Zam and Pangi afraid Clown was about to go on a killing spree, as earlier that day Clown had lost five hearts in punishment for combat-logging in Rekrap's trap (see Rek's most recent video)
Reddoons refused to fight anywhere but the top of Woogie's tower, and eventually Kab agreed to it. The plan was to have Hannah and Clown nearby in invis in case anything went wrong.
Originally, Kab was going to have Hannah fight Redd, but after finding out he was on one heart she agreed to fight him.
Kab was also untrusting of Hannah during this, as Hannah didn't give them a screenshot of Redd being on one heart, and expressed their doubts to Clown while Hannah was deafened.
Zam tried to watch the Redd vs Kab duel but missed it as he ate a chorus fruit that teleported him to the bottom of the tower.
The duel took place and Kab killed Redd in one hit, banning him.
Immediately, Subz logged on in the tower and started attacking her.
Clown killed Subz, then Flamefrags, Manepear and Pentar appeared and attacked Clown (wanting the mace).
Kab jumped in and hit Mane off Clown, getting Mane's attention on her and allowing Clown to escape.
Bacon and Kab then died to Mane, and Leo, who was also at the tower (and on three hearts), fell from the tower and died.
The Empire and the Blindfold Brothers then had a fight at spawn, with Leo asking to join the fight alongside the Empire.
During the fight, Flame killed Leo, then Mane killed him again, banning him off the server.
This upset Zam, who joined the fight to buy the Empire time to escape, then hid until the Blindfold Brothers left.
While Zam was talking to Pangi, Minute was killed by Mane (we later found out the Blindfold Brothers knew the Empire's base location and ambushed him).
While speaking to the Empire later, the server crashed with really bad lag, and time reversed a couple of minutes, leaving them all in their original locations.
This unfortunately put Minute back in the Empire base with the Blindfold Brothers and no gear. They killed him again.
These events made Zam doubt the efficiacy of his new morals.
As this was ongoing, the California Girls team (minus Wemmbu, who didn't log on) read Reddoon's eulogy, a book he left her.
Kab feels like killing Redd was a false victory, but nonetheless she trusts Hannah and Bacon more than anyone else on the server other than Clown.
They also said they don't regret getting killed for Clown, as his life is more important than their own.
Time Travel Plans
On the 20th October, Zam revealed he, Mapicc and Spoke have a tenuous plan involving abusing the time-travel glitch that the lag during the session caused to give them an advantage against their enemies.
Zam is considering using this technique to basically dupe a revival beacon, as there is no way he can get the materials to revive all three banned players (Reddoons, Leowook, Midmysticx).
He told Mapicc about this plan, who was hesitant because of the potential to dupe hearts, and Spoke would possibly want to exploit that.
When the trio attempted to test the glitch, Mapicc considered telling Minute what they were doing, as the PMC betrayal was caused by a lack of communication.
Mapicc was originally anti-duping because of his status as a server admin, but then changed his mind, with the condition they keep it secret who has been reviving people.
Not a very eventful week this week, but nonetheless, major spoilers under the read-more, Lifesteal members DNI.
Kaboodle and Woogie
Woogie has attempted to give Kaboodle their first mentoring session in pacifism. He and Zam realised that Kab was probably doing this in order to try and kill or trap Woogie, so as such Zam was hidden listening to their conversation. When Mane logged on, Kab fled, and suggested a different meeting plot that turned out to be the location of Mane's lag machine. It's uncertain whether or not this was accidental, or if Kab is secretly working with Mane.
Zam
Zam has continued on his mission to try and find new teammates, however is currently running out of options. During the session (which was postponed to Sunday because of Blockwars), a large group of players banded together to revive Planet, who'd been banned by doing a skeleton while doing something with Rekrap. This went wrong very quickly.
Planet immediately fell from a high place, then Wemmbu killed them again. Zam immediately gave Planet two hearts so he wouldn't get banned, then Wemmbu threatened to kill Planet again (thinking this would ban them, unknowing Zam had given them more hearts) if Zam didn't give him three hearts. Bacon told Wemmbu to leave Planet alone. Wemmbu agreed, then proceeded to hunt down Planet and kill him again.
Zam considered different options for dealing with Wemmbu, and considered making a prison using guardians and nether portals. He began to make it then Bacon messaged him asking to speak.
They met at Zam's summer house build and Zam was annoyed at Bacon for still being teamed with the person who killed his other teammate. Bacon told Zam that Wemmbu didn't give him any of the hearts he'd gained from killing people - they think Wemmbu just uses them to trade for god apples.
Bacon had earlier tried to kill Woogie (and failed), and wanted to kill Jumper but she logged off before he could do anything. They talked a bit about Zam's morals and how he'd failed to save Planet. SB then appeared and killed Bacon in front of Zam.
Zam then collected Bacon's stuff and withdrew one of his hearts to return to him. When Bacon asked about the heart Zam lied and claimed he'd made SB give it back. He told Bacon about his plans with the prison and his suspicions about Kaboodle.
Later, Zam spoke a bit more about his thoughts on joining a team. He doesn't want to be a burden and drag people into fights, so is still conflicted.
As usual, major spoilers under the read-more, Lifesteal members should be blocked but if you're seeing this DNI.
Fox Scheme
Early this week, Jepex finally managed to complete his scheme to kill a Lifesteal member with his fox army (see his most recent video).
During the Zam stream of this event, Wemmbu claimed he didn't care if Flame died to Jepex's obviously trapped scheme.
Jepex gave Zam flowers and tried to compliment him a lot for unknown reasons.
Zam and Pacifism
While still committed to non-violence, Zam now feels he can grief things (aka taking down or burning Midmysticx's plushies).
He also found out that Pangi and Wemmbu were the ones to burn down the Daycare from Mapicc.
He also decided he can use TNT very carefully to remove the plushies.
California Girls (Kaboodle, Bacon, Wemmbu, Hannah)
The team is still somewhat dysfunctional but possibly improving. Bacon has continued randomly jumping Kaboodle to teach them better escape techniques, but Kab is unhappy with this.
During Zam's 3rd of October stream, Kab argued with him assuming he is friends with Manepear (as Mane had been claiming this to be the case).
She doesn't understand how Zam can be a pacifist without suffering for it, and thinks Zam has the ability to bring about peace on Lifesteal.
Kab has since managed to convince Woogie to mentor her in pacifism again. This is in order to get back at Reddoons for killing her earlier in the season, as she thinks Red cares about Woogie.
Session
During the session, Rek successfully managed to kill Manepear with a trap.
Mane then attacked Bacon, then Zam to get the heart back, and failed to kill either.
It was later revealed that Rek had also attempted to kill Clown with the trap earlier, but it had failed and Clown had killed him instead.
Not-an-update:
It occurred to me that I've never posted this on this website, but we also have an archive of all our past updates in this doc, which is probably easier to access than scrolling the Tumblr :D
Bit of a late update this week, so this is accurate up to the 30th of September! However, we've got lots to say. As per usual, major spoilers under the readmore, Lifesteal members do not interact.
The Plushie War
Once again, the Plushie War between Mid and Pangi has escalated.
Mid told Pangi to find her Minecraft cat Midnight as a challenge in order to make her stop building.
He found Midnight very quickly and is now holding her hostage. Mid does not know she has been found (as far as Pangi is aware).
Mid employed various server members to help her build a Cat Alley at Spawn. After, and just before she was going to show the build to Pangi, Minute killed her .
The next day, Pangi went on a purge and blew up multiple plushies. Wemmbu logged on and asked to join in, and between the two of them they managed to burn down Quickdrop Daycare and accidentally blew up various other spawn builds, including Ashswag's car and Chief's restaurant.
Pangi later lied to Zam about what destroyed the Daycare, claiming it was a lightning strike.
The Blindfold Bandits and Empire
It was revealed this week that the Blindfold Bandits probably have some sort of lag machine, which they used to try and extort 10 hearts from the server (this was complicated by people thinking they were joking for a while)
After refusing to give the hearts, the conversation went nowhere and this conflict has remained unresolved.
The next day, Mapicc told Zam that it was Pangi and Wemmbu who burnt down the Daycare.
Mapicc then agreed to a friendly fight with Wemmbu, which Wemmbu won.
California Girls (Baconnwaffles0)
Bacon wants to continue "Wemmbu-ifying" parts of the server, framing Wemmbu for griefing in order to start conflict.
He spoke to Zam about the flower field that Bacon turned completely to alliums.
He also told chat he wanted to possibly target ECorridor in the future, thinking Pentar's reaction would be interesting.
PrinceZam
Zam has been thinking a lot about what sort of person he wants to be.
He doesn't want to remove his eyepatch, because the scar is still there and he'll look just like his old self (referring to Joker!Zam).
He feels like everyone he trusts or cares about is betraying him for Wemmbu.
After finding out about what happened to his flower field, Zam had a long conversation with Bacon, going over recent events and whether Zam thinks he is an "interesting person".
He showed Bacon the sign room he made while investigating Bacon's death(s) nearly two weeks ago.
After leaving Bacon, Kaboodle wanted to talk to him. Kab apologised for killing Planet, saying Bacon made them realise that killing Planet had hurt Zam too.
She claimed again that she was peer pressured by Wemmbu, and feels she has to stay with him for protection from Manepear.
Zam feels somewhat responsible for her joining Wemmbu, as he wasn't around to protect her.
There have been... interesting events on Lifesteal this week... As usual, major spoilers under the read-more, Lifesteal members should be blocked but if I've missed someone do not interact with this post :D
Devotions Experiments
Early this week, Mapicc revealed to Zam how he'd been stalking him for months. He claimed the only reason he commissioned the castle was to watch Zam, and one of the three times the castle was blown up it was actually done by Ro at Mapicc's request, so Zam would have to continue building it. (This means there is still one instance where the castle was blown up with no clear perpetrator.) After testing Zam's resolve by withdrawing 4 (?) hearts and telling Zam to kill him, Mapicc logged out and hasn't attempted to prove Zam is evil since.
California Girls
After Bacon decided to join Wemmbu's team along with Kab, things went very wrong very quickly. Bacon and Kaboodle have been Wemmbu-ifying areas of the server in order to annoy people. This includes building Wemmbu heads at Spawn and later turning Zam's flower field into purple alliums.
However, things were soon complicated by Manepear killing Kaboodle, and somehow knowing their spawn point and killing them again. As Bacon should have been the only person to know her spawn point (due to an earlier duel between the pair), Kab assumed Bacon had sold her out to Mane, especially considering Mane likes Bacon and won't kill him. Mane had earlier told Bacon he thought Bacon was teaming with Kaboodle to make Mane jealous.
After Kab's deaths, Hannah logged on and killed Bacon without any warning, saying it was revenge for him killing Kaboodle. In his attempt to get his stuff back, Bacon died again to fall damage, placing him at 2 hearts.
Later that day, Bacon started streaming again in order to speak to Kaboodle, Hannah and Wemmbu. He wanted Hannah to give him the two hearts back, but she refused, and despite this Wemmbu let her join the team. He told Bacon to kill someone like Midmysticx if he wants the hearts back, but Bacon refused.
A few days after this, Kaboodle gave Bacon two hearts back and apologised for not trusting him.
Bacon gave Kab some more advice for escaping fights, and they worked more on changing the flower field to alliums. After a team meeting between Wemmbu, Bacon and Kaboodle the team name was decided to be California Girls (this is due to a chatter gifting subs in order to make Wemmbu sing).
Bacon agreed to try and help Wemmbu get some more fights, as a wish for violence is Wemmbu's main motivator.
Zam and Poafa
Zam made a response to Poafa's book (see Week 10 recap for screenshots), and the two are now semi-allied, with Zam offering Poafa access to his resources.
When Zam was investigating both the cause of the new server lag and whatever is going on with Wemmbu's team, Poafa was killed once by Hannah (at Wemmbu's urging) and once by Wemmbu, and Zam felt incredibly guilty about this, as he was the one to call Poafa to spawn.
Zam failed to convince Hannah that Wemmbu was manipulating her into killing people. He gave Poafa two hearts as an apology then debated his morals.
"I could use my blade for good, if I wanted to, but I shouldn't be the one to dictate what's good and what's not" - Zam
Zam then decided he had to stay committed to pacifism.
The Plushie War
After Pangi blew up one of Midmysticx's Midnight plushies that she has been building around the server, she found his base and built a plushie in it, with a sign saying they are now at war. Pangi has since blown up even more plushies.
There have been... interesting events on Lifesteal this week... As usual, major spoilers under the read-more, Lifesteal members should be blocked but if I've missed someone do not interact with this post :D

It's been an eventful week on Lifesteal. As per usual, major spoilers under the read-more, Lifesteal members should be blocked but if you're a Lifesteal member and seeing this DNI.
Zam
We've had a little more insight into Zam's pacifism this week. In a conversation with Pangi, he claimed that he has been on every side of conflicts, and he doesn't think any particular stance is right. He is also upset by what he views as Kaboodle's betrayal when she's been helping Wemmbu.
Kaboodle
Kaboodle has been continuing with her scheme to get closer to Woogie, in order to be able to eventually get revenge on Reddoons for killing her. To achieve this, they've shown Woogie most of the Box and pretended the point of it is to represent players they are scared of, then give them each a flower stored in the room to show they've moved on from this fear. She has also given Planet back the hearts she took when she killed them (these were crafted, but only Bacon knows this).
Pangi
Pangi has now allied himself with SB, and is currently attempting to keep Zam from finding out Pangi has given up pacifism, as he doesn't want to hurt Zam.
In his most recent stream (15th September), Pangi found out that Roshambo had been hiding in the walls of his base, and building a strange machine (likely a trap) directly above Pangi's villager trading hall. The motives and intent for this are unknown.
Pangi also has a plan for a "Lifesteal Hunger Games" at some point in the future.
Poafa
During one of his streams (coincidentally, Poafa has a new Twitch account, found here), Poafa found himself tormented by Wemmbu, who wanted golden carrots from him, not understanding Poafa was also broke. Zam showed up to help him, leading Poafa to wonder if he could rely on Zam. Later, Zam found a book from Poafa.
Wemmbu, Bacon and Kaboodle Teamup
As of the most recent session, Bacon has decided he wanted to team up with Wemmbu, as he wants to help instigate events. Bacon ideally wants to try and split teams apart, but doesn't want to exert much effort.
Wemmbu agreed to allow Bacon to join him, calling him and Kaboodle his "minions", but threatened to deathban them both if they moved against him. Kaboodle is more worried by this than Bacon, who thinks Wemmbu wouldn't go to that effort.
Bacon also revealed that he does not want to lie or manipulate Zam, and his motivations are about making sure Zam has fun. Zam is not happy about him joining Wemmbu.
Mapicc
Mapicc has an ongoing scheme based off MrBeast videos - as far as the rest of the server knows, it is a "last-to-leave-the-circle-wins" competition. However, chat knows he is planning to plant a huge amount of TNT underneath the arena right before the event and kill everyone.
Also, I realised I haven't posted this on Tumblr yet: I've collated all of these past recaps into a Google Doc you can find here.
Another exciting week! Before we get into the lore, the Lifesteal Updates admins would like to congratulate the Pink Parrots, a team made up of Squiddo, PrinceZam, Ashswag and Blockfacts, for winning MCCR on Saturday! Weirdly enough, this actually had impacts on Lifesteal lore...
As usual, major spoilers under the readmore, Lifesteal members please do not interact.
Early Week Shenanigans
The main lore earlier this week involved Kaboodle giving up on pacifism. Kaboodle has been acting as Lifesteal's news reporter recently, investigating various server-wide events and putting them on a billboard at spawn.
Whilst exploring the server, she spoke to Wemmbu, who convinced her to kill Planetlord after Wemmbu trapped him in cobwebs. Planet was at 3 hearts at this point. Kaboodle told chat that they actually enjoyed killing, and later threatened to kill Midmysticx if she didn't give up a heart. After Planet then died in lava, she and Wemmbu then camped spawn to try and extort another heart out of Bacon with the threat of banning Planet. (Planet was actually on 2 hearts at this point, having crafted a third again).
Mane then killed Kab (on Mid's orders, unknown to Kaboodle), Kab killed Planet again thinking Bacon had put the hit on her, and was once again killed by Mane. Kab later claimed to chat that they were peer-pressured by Wemmbu into killing Planet.
Wemmbu also revealed to Kab that, because he doesn't have a base, he doesn't have anywhere to regear. This means if he was killed once, he'd be made harmless, but the amount of pacifists on the server means this is unlikely.
During the same day, the Spacewaffles team spoke about the war ongoing with spawn being griefed. Neither of them are entirely sure what Gaia's Hand is (Zam's team, dedicated to repairing spawn to annoy Flame) despite being members.
4C has also been spending much of this week working on his plans to build Lifesteal City / Downtown Lifesteal. This is currently a creative world plan for a giant city he eventually wants to build on the server.
Sunday Session
The session this week was postponed to Sunday due to three Lifesteal members playing in MCCR. As a celebration of their win, the fourth Pink Parrot member Blockfacts and their coach Feinberg were invited to the server for the day as guests.
The Empire decided they wanted to get lots of kills, and started a fight with Flame which became increasingly chaotic when it was revealed that Flame has an army of hundreds of dogs. During this fight, Flame killed many innocent bystanders including Bacon and Blockfacts.
Whilst this was ongoing, Hannah killed Derapchu for his role in leaking the Mice' Base location, which eventually led to it being blown up by Manepear.
Kaboodle, Blockfacts and Squiddo decided to escape Spawn and eventually made their way to Peace Island after a brief detour to Kaboodle's Box.
Spoke managed to get a dripstone kill on Leowook from height limit at this point. Pentar and Leo had joined the fight on Flame's side.
Mapicc and Spoke then created a huge network of sky bridges and tried to drop dripstone on the players below them, using Minute's instructions who was on the ground speaking to Feinberg and other players. They were unsuccessful, and after running out of dripstone resorted to dropping TNT minecarts on players, which was still unsuccessful and only annoyed Minute.
On the way to Peace Island, Blockfacts had given all bar one of his hearts to Squiddo and Kaboodle as prizes for giving him Minecraft trivia. This led to him being extremely vulnerable.
Bacon had told everyone about Kab killing Planet, and Kab was upset by this as they were planning on giving Planet's hearts as an apology.
Eventually, they got both Blockfacts and Feinberg to Peace Island, and decided the two VIPs should play dodgebolt on one heart to mimic MCCR. Hannah had arrived by this point. They did so, and Blockfacts banned Feinberg on accident. After discussing reviving Fein and deciding against it, Squiddo killed Blockfacts in another dodgebolt game, banning him. Squiddo, Kaboodle and Hannah then shared the 8 hearts they'd won between themselves, agreeing to keep it secret and claim they buried the hearts.
Post Session
Bacon is basically broke, having died multiple times and having no gear.
Zam was upset by the state of spawn after his absence for MCCR training, hoping his new teammates would have helped keep it in a good condition but finding it instead littered with explosions. He is also unhappy with Kaboodle leaving pacifism behind, as he used to think he could trust her.
Before we talk about Lifesteal lore, we'll have an honourary mention to the fact there are Lifestealers in MCCR for the second year in a row: PrinceZam, Ashswag, Squiddo make up the Pink Parrots team alongside BlockFacts. They'll be competing at 8pm BST on Saturday 7th September.
Under the read-more there will be major spoilers for the last week's Lifesteal streams, Lifesteal members DNI.
The main conflict this week has been a continuation of the war to protect spawn. Whilst Zam has been mostly practising for MCCR, Kaboodle has continued his work rebuilding spawn.
Manepear, wanting to help Flame, was willing to nuke spawn if the fight didn't happen, if anyone ran, or Flame lost, so as a result Pangi made a deal to arrange the fight (without telling Zam) if they agreed to stop griefing.
However, Wemmbu and Manepear continued griefing during the very same stream, and burnt down Zam's newly rebuilt tree again, leaving Pangi to wonder if this plan would even protect spawn at all.
As a result of this and Mane killing half of his villagers, Pangi blew up his spawn base (nobody knows he was responsible for this) and decided to give up on pacifism. He has a list of players who have killed him in the past he is going to try and kill.
Despite this, Pangi still organised the Flamefrags fight. However, Mapicc found out his castle had been griefed even after he agreed to the fight. Knowing Flame would still have enough opponents if Mapicc dropped out, he decided to kill the other fighters, killing 6 people with a TNT minecart.
At the same time this was happening, Chief griefed Flamefrag's volcano at Mapicc's instruction. In revenge for the kill, Leo, SB and a few of the others killed lava-casted Mapicc's castle.
Soon after this, Zam logged on. He now has an eyepatch over his scarred eye. He talked to Pangi about pacifism, and Pangi's wish to give up on it.
Zam - "revenge isn't a path to glory, it just leads to destroying yourself. it's not worth it. it's never worth it"
Zam then remade his oath, which had burnt with his tree.
Zam then spoke with Flame. They talked about how Flame blames Zam for the outbreak of pacifism on the server, and how its similar to how Flame is blamed for the actions of his teammates. Zam wanted Flame to try and control his teammates, but Flame felt they have 'leverage' over him as they know his video ideas. They eventually agreed that Zam would help organise the fight if Flame can successfully stop his teammates from griefing. The full conversation can be found at around 1 hour 10 minutes in his second vod from August 29th.
As of September 2nd, there has been no conclusion to this arc.
While the spawn war is ongoing, Mapicc recruited Bacon to help with his 'experiments' on Zam: he wants Bacon to fight Zam with no armour and see if Zam kills him.
So... this has been a week! As usual, major spoilers under the readmore, Lifesteal members do not interact.
Tonight I Eat An Ocean Monument
In Zam's stream on the 19th of August, Zam was asked by Jepexx to test out the deadly capabilities of his fox army. Mapicc was online, and followed Zam back to his base without Zam's knowledge. However, Zam heard him placing a block, and after determining that Jepexx was lying to save Mapicc returned to his base and asked Mapicc to stop hiding. Mapicc did so and tried to convince Zam to kill him, attacking him with most of his armour off. Zam successfully escaped.
Consequences
Kaboodle concluded her Consequences series this week, leaving her self-imposed isolation and becoming a pacifist. This means there are now four pacifists.
The Lifesteal Olympics
Pangi successfully held the Lifesteal Olympics during the session, with Rekrap winning. Jepexx lost three hearts during the events and was left on one heart by the end.
Flamefrags Conflict / Spawn War
After the Olympics, Flamefrags wanted to hold a 1 v 10 against other pvpers, however only tried to schedule this that same day, and only 6 people showed up. There was conflict between him and the pacifists, as he felt too many people were copying Zam.
Flamefrags and his teammate / ally Wemmbu then proceeded to blow up spawn while in call with Zam. Zam offered to fight them to stop them blowing up Spacewaffles tower, but failed to save the build and was killed by Flame. They then blew up more of spawn and burnt down his tree, and Wemmbu killed Zam again when he returned to spawn.
Flame then told them that he was going to hold the fight again tomorrow, and if enough people didn't show up / anyone tried to run during the fight, he would blow up spawn again. Zam told the rest of the server not to show up, he has a schematic of spawn and will rebuild it as many times as possible.
Zam then formed a team called the Gaia's Hand, involving him, Pangi, Kaboodle, some of the Empire and a few other server members, who would help him rebuild spawn and hopefully later kill Flame.
The date of the second fight occurred, and not enough players showed up again, mostly due to Zam's interventions. Flame blew up some of spawn again. Zam later told Flame of the schematic, and how he has farms for all the materials to completely rebuild spawn.
Flame then threatened the rest of the server, and implied he has a machine that could make destroy the entire server / make it unplayable. Gaia's Hand is still using Zam's strategy of non-engagement, however.
Team PE
Team PE is currently standing mostly neutral on the current war, though they are still somewhat allied with the Blindfold Bandits. During this week's ECorridor stream, he revealed that he is keeping secret the fact he has already died from Pentar, as he wants to kill Minute and Clown and become the server's only immortal player (as neither of the two have died yet).
Pentar agreed to help E with his goals, and gave him a heart, wanting to get E to twenty hearts. The two agreed not to keep anymore secrets (despite ECorridor actively keeping secrets from his teammate).
This week has been pretty eventful! As usual, major spoilers under the readmore, Lifestealers should be blocked but if there is anyone we've missed please DNI.
Pangi has spent most of this week doing various small bits, and preparing for the Lifesteal Olympics, which is planned to take place on Saturday 24th August. These bits have included roleplaying as a police officer, and later roleplaying as a drug dealer during the session.
The Session
Most of the action this week happened during the session. This was the first time Reddoons had been able to log in for weeks due to technical issues, and when he logged on he found that the walls of Dirtica (a kingdom run by him and Subz, made wholly out of dirt) had been taken down. He later was told by Woogie that the person who removed the walls was Pangi.
He and Subz decided they were going to kill Pangi, but were asked by Pangi and Ashswag to come to the ice cream van, as Pangi was doing the aforementioned drug dealer bit and needed customers. A series of events occurred with Pangi being found out to be an undercover cop, and everything possible going wrong for Pangi.
Manepear and Flamefrags then covered the police station in TNT as a "social experiment". Reddoons promptly shot it with a flame bow. The group then jokingly claimed 4CVIT had been the one to blow up the police station, and 4C played along for a bit.
Reddoons then killed 4C, claiming it was revenge for the police station but telling chat it was also partially a result of dissatisfaction with the Peace Trials. He then killed Pangi for removing Dirtica walls, fleeing spawn after. Mane followed him and killed him.
Reddoons and Subz later attempted to kill Zam again, but he successfully escaped and Redd was killed by Mane again.
4C and Squiddo discussed their future plans after 4C's death. These involve various possible scams, and possibly an infinite cake exploit if they can work out how to make it work on Lifesteal. They also want to bring back the Thieves Guild, but with a stalking challenge.
Consequences
After the session, Kaboodle continued with her 'Consequences' series, a result of Reddoons betraying her a few weeks ago. She has trapped herself inside an obsidian box, and has slowly been expanding it with rooms for people she misses. So far: Clown, Hannah, and Leo.
Devotion Duo
Mapicc brought back his scheme to prove Zam is secretly evil. Jepexx asked Zam to test out the abilities of his army of snowy foxes. Zam did so and returned to his base, only to hear the sound of a block being placed. The other person online was Mapicc, so Zam tried to convince him to talk to him, before going back to Jepexx to try and verify if Mapicc was there or not. Jepexx is the worst accomplice ever and very obviously faked footage.
Zam returned to his base and spoke to Mapicc. Mapicc then took off most of his armour and attacked Zam, trying to get Zam to kill him. Zam refused and fled.
