Beachbody Ultimate Reset - Day 10 Final day of the week!!! I was feeling pretty restless. And knowing that I had an important board to go to in the afternoon, I was pretty nervous. I'm not one for all that much spontaneity and I like to plan things out otherwise I go crazy. I mean, I'm a little adventurous...but not that much. Pop quizzes were the worst thing ever. As some of you may or may not know, I am in the Navy and the Navy is pretty spontaneous. Haha. So, this board I had to prepare for made me crazy!! Anyway...let's talk Reset! Breakfast: an orange, an apple, and half a cup of coffee with stevia Snack: mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews, hazelnuts) Lunch: broccoli, carrots, tomato, and cucumbers dipped in red pepper hummus and jicama dipped in lemon juice and tapatío Snack: cantaloupe, apple, orange, banana, and mango mix I prepared. Dinner: black rice and pinto beans, and more broccoli, carrots, cucumber, and tomato dipped in hummus I hadn't been sleeping well, and I got home from work super late so I just hung out with my boyfriend and watched a movie and ended up passing out super early. I wanted to get up early to go grocery shopping, go to the gym, and clean anyway. So, all is good. :) I'm still peeing a lot. But I realize I have never been so hydrated in my life. It's nice! Kind of. Haha. And I'm down to only about half a cigarette a day. I finished the last one in the pack I had since New Year's Eve and I don't plan on buying another one. I'm pretty excited to finally be getting my body right. Probably for the first time....ever! Anyone else doing the Beachbody Ultimate Reset? Let me hear your thoughts on it!
