Anxiety

It feels like everything is going good at the outer side but on the inner side, I feel like I am dying. The overthinking, it's killing me. Everytime I feel like everything is falling into proper place but it's actually overthinking which makes it all fall apart. My mind's been blank. I stopped talking to many. Friends of mine hate me, they talk shit about me. They just don't know what I am going through. I feel like I am just breathing not living a life.
