My Favorite Royal Robbins Quote:
“ Climbing existed for its own sake and had no other justification. Its meaning came only from the effort I poured into it. ”

Back to the gym!
After a significant break from the gym to train for some long hikes (will put up photos soon), I'm back at the gym. Travelling for work can be brutal, but my hotel has an amazing gym. Back to SS. Today's numbers: Squat: 90kg Bench: 80kg Dead: 110kg Pull-ups (# to fail): 10, 9, 8
Had this beast on the weekend - brutal. The "Getta Filthy" from #Gettaburger in #westend #brisbane
melting
Crazy foggy around here the other day...

Check out this trail of caterpillars! We saw about 20 of these caterpillar trains as we were hiking on the weekend. I remember as a kid these were called spitfires - they hurt like hell if you ever touched one.
Hanging out at #pteradactlydirect (16 I think) in Kangaroo Point, Brisbane. KP used to be an old quarry, but is now a great climbing face literally across the river from the cbd.
