order something and wait 2 days after you get it, find the customer service chat and say the package never arrived the chat is automated. i routinely scam them this way.

once you open the app hit the side menu and go to customer service at the bottom

after you choose the item this screen comes up

click the first option, a delivery, order, or return, then choose your item you want to refund

then click “i need more help” under the yellow button then click CHAT !! and you’re golden

my bf got ‘caught’. a worker saw products in a bag he was carrying, and literally all she did was say ‘oh here let me get you a bag from our store!’, and she did. she just gave us a bag LMAO. b&bw employees are not allowed to call you out or get you in trouble for lifting. All they do is try to make you slightly uncomfortable by showing you they know what you’re doing 💀 I’m still going to be more careful at that location because when they see us go back they’ll probably be watching us a bit more, but I’m not too worried because I buy from there during the sales quite a bit. anyways, he also started boosting some of the stuff we got, which I haven’t done before. Any tips?

I used to have trouble removing gator tags with pliers or rubber bands (still want to try that credit card way) so this is how I’ve done it, I hope this helps someone!
