I’ve not abandoned this account entirely, though I’m going to be in the midst of finals week for my senior year soon and I’ve been so busy trying not to fail my classes while balancing work at the same time that I haven’t had time to write or participate in any of my hobbies.

I’m graduating in a little less than two weeks, then I’ll be free! I can’t promise anything soon, but I CAN promise that I’ll be back eventually!!!

So I’m currently about halfway done with a cute little one shot based on a request! Sorry for the wait, I’ve been busy as fuck recently between being the tech director for a whole musical, rehearsals for a musical I’m in, filling out scholarship applications, trying to get general financial aid for college, and catching up on school work.

it is just endlessly so funny to me that a central issue in the tuna meltdown is that ilya is trying to account for shane's moves in a game of 3d chess and meanwhile shane is just desperately trying to play tic tac toe

ilya is layering his questions in like four layers of misdirect while still trying to get the answers he wants and then shane is just asking "you want me to stay?" "you want to make me food?" "do you have a girlfriend?"

ilya is out here coming up with his riddles three to see if he can cross over the becoming a boyfriend bridge, and he could have ACTUALLY DONE IT if he'd been able to ask "hey, do you want to be exclusive and not just fuck buddies?"

I feel so insanely bad for the entire cast of heated rivalry rn.

The fact that they had to post a whole statement is absolutely fucking ridiculous, and it’s all because of the brain dead fuckers who can’t comprehend that these are REAL PEOPLE THEYRE TALKING ABOUT.

The fandom has absolutely no right to their private life, no right to know their sexualities, no right to know about their relationships, no right to even know what their favorite color is.

They have all been gracious enough to give us the PHENOMENAL adaptation that is this TV show, and the fandom just goes and fucking ruins it because they can’t seem to fathom how disturbing and WEIRD it is to be genuinely STALKING THESE ACTORS.

Can you imagine being in their shoes? Being so happy to share their work with the world and in turn getting fucking harassed over everything they do? I bet you people wouldn’t feel great about being in that position.

It’s behavior like this that causes actors to quit their jobs. It’s behavior like this that makes people ashamed to even be fans of a show. It’s behavior like this that should be called out. It’s gross, it’s creepy, and it needs to fucking stop. It’s ruining everything for everyone.

If you see something online that’s a very clear invasion of privacy, call that shit out. And make sure you’re respectful when you post anything about the actors, no matter WHO they are.

Being a casual fan in a fandom like HR’s is madness. Cause you see all kind of people who say they are mature, act as if they are 14 yo girls again.. claiming they know everything of their fave’s private life.. “I’m 100% sure they are dating” “she’s just a beard” “they are so in love”.. and in the meantime they are just trashing each other AND the people who stand in the way of their believes. Ive been trying to ignore it now for some time but it keeps getting worse.. and I’ve seen it from both sides.. not only people who believe H/C are together but also from people who believe F/C are together. And I’m watching it all unfold while trying to have a little fun and in the meantime I’m thinking: what is wrong with you all??

I’ve seen Francois getting trashed for his age (absolutely ridiculous).. I’ve seen racist comments towards Hudson (absolutely unacceptable!!).. I’ve seen the bond between Hudson and Connor being downgraded towards just fanservice.. have you all hear yourself? You know NOTHING about their private life and with this kind of behaviour we will never know anything about them as well. Cause all you do is making them aware of how fucking scary it is to be in the spotlight and how fucking crazy people can be. Hudsons post just proves it again. Aren’t you ashamed? That it’s even necessary for him to post something like that??

It’s okay to make some funny jokes inside our fandom bubble.. I’ve made them as well.. but let’s keep them light and within our own bubble. Obsessed with Shane talking like a dude bro with that face and personality. He's all fuck yous, and you look good in silver, Vaughny, don't even sweat its, and fuck yeah I woulds, and you got people in universe calling him a fucking babe, and pretty, and sweetheart. Hudson gives book Shane a new dimension, because he's angrily saying the same lines but all teary-eyed like a glistening jewel. He casually jibes at Ilya but it looks vulnerable on top of simply being boyish. He's joking with his teammates in the locker room but with a gravity that makes you curious about what he's saying. In the book, we perceive Shane through his own narration, so he controls what we think of him to a large extent. But often our self perception contrasts how we're perceived—and this side of Shane on screen adds a softness to the strong, jock persona. Yes he is all of what he is inside his head, but he's also someone who wears his heart on the sleeve and we get to experience what that means in terms of how contradictory Shane Hollander is visually. I adore good adaptations and thoughtful artistry so much!!
