Morning All~ Iâm awake and around ! I might rebloggggg a small meme to help get things flowing but I wanna take it easy and try to spend some time on my Multimuse Blog~
Who . . . ?:
THOSE WORDS LANCE THROUGH HIM WITH a pain that he has never felt before.   roxas stumbles, suddenly feeling as tired & lost as his travels have left him, that drive to return to sora fizzling out with the rain that starts to gently patter down onto the heavy leather of his organization coat.
â you ⊠you donât remember me âŠÂ â
itâs not a question, & roxas feels weak.   his knees tremble, & he has to quickly summon the oblivion to support himself as he very nearly collapses then & there, falling to his knees in a puddle upon that damned rooftop with both hands clutching the keybladeâs hilt.   how could sora ⊠forget him?   are they not part of the same heart?   the same SOUL?   oh, how horrible it is to remember so much about someone only for them to remember nothing about you âŠ!
â ⊠of course.   this place must have some HOLD on you. â   he scoffs,  cerulean eyes shaded with a certain bitterness that also tinges his small, strained smile.   â i would know you anywhere,  sora, & you ⊠your heart  SHOULD know me, too. â
   â Remember you ... ? â
 Sora is taken aback for a moment , watching the boy fall to his knees in front of him as all he can do is stand on and watch from the opposing rooftop .
 How did this boy think that he knew him ?? Sora barely even remembered his own NAME ! How was he supposed to know who this boy standing in front of him was ?
   â Some hold on me ?? What do you MEAN?? â
 His eyes drifted to the thing that the other boy held in his hands - a weapon of some sort ... ? Was he going to attack ?
   â I really DONâT KNOW who you are . But you still didnât answer how you know my name . âÂ

riku pretends that it doesnât  sting  just a little  ,  all the empty places in soraâs memory.  heâs one of those now  ,  a nameless figure  ,  a piece heâs  lost  .  he canât  fix  this  ,  canât do anything  about  it  ,  actually  ,  &  it  hurts  .
it hurts because the thing he wants  most  is even further out of his reach.
but it still  aches  ,  it aches that the one constant in his life seems to have slipped right through his fingers like sand.  rikuâs hands curl uselessly at his side  ,  unsure of what to do with them.  he chews at his lip before he speaks  ,  eyes drifted out to the ocean  ,  unable to look at sora without feeling that pain.
â âŠif you donât remember, iâm sure someone can tell you. â
 Sora fumbled with the trinket , one hand twirling itself around the silver chain as the other slowly let his fingers trace the outline of the crown .Â
 His heart stirred, KNOWING what this was and what it meant to them . But his brain was not getting the message .
 Wiped clean of his memories Soraâs brain struggled to keep up . He was handed this as if he was supposed to know what it was , but all he saw was a necklace . It was pretty , yes . But there was nothing beyond that ...Â
 His eyes drift to the boy next to him , and then out to the sea . He should have recognized that too ... at least by what this boy was telling him ...Â
  What was this boyâs name again ... ?
   â Canât you tell me ... ? I really donât know what it is ...â
 His eyes returned to the boy, his brilliant blues wide and curious , there was an honesty to them that could not be faked . He really did want to know ...Â
   â Whatâs your name ... ? â

â SORA. â
he doesnât know this world.   he couldnât have.   he doesnât want to.   A LOT of things have happened that are confusing,  but at this point roxas doesnât care about any of them at all.   what matters is SORA ;  soraâs here,  soraâs ALIVE & heâs drawn closer & closer with every beat of their hearts as they intertwine once more.
suddenly the former nobody is  running,  & both keyblades drop from his hands & vanish,  forgotten.   so it had been true all along :  they are still CONNECTED,  sora & roxas.   soul knows heart, as it is meant to.   itâs proven because simply being close to sora like this again ⊠their emotions are getting crossed, like soraâs heart has tapped into his own,  his own personal TRUE NORTH to follow.
& ever devoted, roxas had followed him here.
this is not the reunion that he had expected.   his other looks as scared as the connection between them feels,  thrumming with anxious energy that increases the closer he gets.   thatâs enough to cause him to skid to a halt, leaving half of the rooftopâs length between himself & sora, blue eyes suddenly shaded with ⊠uncertainty.   his own uncertainty.
is sora afraid of him?   does sora even REMEMBER him?
â ⊠sora.   do you recognize me? â
the hood falls.   he waits.
 Hearing his name Sora suddenly turned around blinking as he watched a person suddenly sprint off towards him .
 Though his mind does not recognize , his heart reacts - the pace of his heartbeat quickening with an excitement that quickly gave way to  F E A R .
 Who was this person ? Why was he calling his name and running after him ... ? Should he know who this was ? Sora wasnât quite sure ...
 As the figure pauses Sora takes a short stumbling step backwards , his eyes wide and frightened as he keeps them locked on the other .
 There it is , his name again , being called by this stranger in an outfit that sent shivers down his spine . The hood falls and Soraâs fear does not wane , it only grows .
 His heart cries out . IT knows who this boy is , it knows it is his other half . Someone who he trusts and loves and cares for . But that connection does not reach his mind , overridden with a fear that makes his body tense up , not sure if he should RUN or if he should be ready to FIGHT .
   â Who are you ?! â
  He finally manages to find his words , staring down the other boy .
   â How do you know my name ?? â

Soraâs ofc is very Destiny Islands inspired~Â But with some cracks and some little darker things because his life isnât always perfect , and he hides away a lot of the things he doesnât want others to see .
