How to be sick
1. Cut open your lead filled stomach. Squeeze your intestines like they are tubes of toothpaste. Spin them into a noose. Wring the necks of anyone who has ever made fun of you.
2. Take the pills. Aleve. Tums. Xanax. Valium. Rub CBD oil on your abdomen like it doesn’t burn. Brush your teeth. Shower. Remind yourself you are not dirty. Cut your hair. Watch it fall down the drain.
3. Reach down the doctor’s throat for a diagnosis. Beg her to tell you your suffering is real. Throw up if you have to. Swallow it if you can. Skip class. Crawl into bed. Tell yourself you are just resting. Tell yourself you are not ashamed.Tell yourself it is normal to be this tired.
4. Call your mother. Ask her about the day you were born. Feel the summer rain on your face. Look out the hospital window. You are alive now. Let her remind you of your first steps on shaky legs. Take them again.
5. Clean your blood from the bathroom. Remember when it used to scare you? Read to yourself. Hold water to your lips. Hold a washcloth to your forehead. Hold your body. You are your own nurse. You are your own gardener. You are growing.
6. Do not watch from your bedroom window. It will just make you sad. Remind yourself you are sick. Remind yourself you are not lazy. Remind yourself that this ends.
7. In another universe you are well enough to run through the grass outside the way your ancestors chased hyenas in bare feet. In another universe you are holding a lover without fear of being sick to your stomach. In another universe you have not held this pain all your life. In another universe you are not this strong.
i present the formula for creating excellent/strange insults:
adjective + curse word + noun
no one asked for your opinion, you abominable shit goblin
i fail to understand how you’ve become such a reprehensible fuck waffle
get out of my way, you sorry excuse for an intolerable ass pastry
i cannot believe that such an illiterate twat truck could ever be remotely polite
maybe if you weren’t such a troublesome goddamn elbow, we could get some things done around here
i see no one has reblogged my post. is it because you undeserving fuck llamas are afraid of the truth
I love that
I’m being murdered by my own mind and I’m so close to giving up…
Just abuse things
- “IM SORRY IM SORRY IM SORRY!!” - “you arent mad at me right? Oh my god you are! IM SORRY” - “is this my for me? Can I use this? Can I drink this? Can I-” - “pls help me make this decision for me” - “do what you please!!!” “What if that makes everyone mad at me” -studying people intensely because you are afraid you might do something that will make them mad - Saying something in a tone louder than usual and feeling like this is your last day alive - low self stem - feeling mentally and emotionally exhausted after expressing any sort of feeling and crying right after that - when someone talks or does something in an attitude thats not usual from them and Knowing That It’s Your Fault - “i dont deserve this why are you doing this for me” - not knowing the difference between a joke, sarcasm, and passive aggressive speech - unhealthily clinging to anyone who’s remotely nice to you - not knowing what to say NEVER - not knowing how to react to compliments, nice words, genuine care or anything like that and feeling incredibly sick at the thought of someone genuinely loving you - Crying. - having to explain every single movement and word you do and say to literally anyone - being really good at lying and pretending as a survival strategy - Not living, surviving. - calculating and overthinking everything you do and say, the time you say it, how you say it, the expression you have when you say it, your voice tone…everything - getting panic attacks over the tiniest things - unhealthily clinging to fictional characters and shows - lack of energy to do anything because you use a lot of effort in every single movement you do - “im useless” - when someone compliments you on something and you needing to be Perfect at it because then you dont have any reason to live - intrusive thoughts - Perfectionism - Over sensitiveness - “It’s my fault.” - not knowing how to react about criticism - Isolation - getting startled when someone touches you - being hyperaware of your surroundings and at the same time having no time and space perception - believing everything everyone says - Feeling like any day is your last day
hey i think i’m managing my symptoms-
depression apathy is
- walking past your favorite snacks at the grocery store and not having the energy to even want them - listening to your favorite songs and feeling nothing - only being able to muster half a smile when your lover finishes telling a joke - everyone asking you to speak up because your voice feels too heavy to raise - getting irritated at things that force you to feign interest or participate in small talk - knowing you’re kind of acting like a dick but feeling too drained to do anything about it
don’t know what to do at this point
me@me: everything is fine
also me: UR BEING REPLACED!!!!! EVERYONE HATES YOU!!!!!! U SHOULD DIE!!!
Parents! Guess What?
If you…
Intentionally give your kids anxiety either as a joke or punishment.
Fly off the handle at them for making small mistakes.
Tell them you’ll love them less if they don’t do what they’re told.
Cause them pain as a means of punishment or amusement.
Lie about things you said to avoid apologizing after the fact.
Steal or damage their belongings.
Threaten to or actually give away or harm family pets to punish them.
Refuse to give them privacy by going through their belongings or taking the door off their room, for example.
Call them names and belittle them.
Scream or swear at your kids to intimidate them.
Compare your kid to their siblings or their friends to make them seem inferior.
Invalidate their problems or blame them for being too sensitive.
Anger so quickly and so often that your kids tiptoe around your temper.
Share their personal info or things they told you in confidence with other family members or friends.
Make up stories about them behind their backs.
Punish your kids for things they have no control over, like an illness whether mental or physical.
Tell them you hope they die or encourage them to harm themselves.
Threaten to abandon them or leave them in unsafe situations.
Intentionally provoke your kids to get angry and then guilt trip them for reacting to what you said or did.
Give them the silent treatment and pretend they don’t exist.
Fail to meet your kid’s basic needs.
Refuse to let them make decisions or think for themselves, especially as they get older.
Lock them out of the house.
Subject them to affection or physical contact that they are not comfortable with and don’t consent to, even if it’s not sexual in nature.
Intentionally misgender your kids or refuse to accept their sexual orientation, or treat them poorly for coming out.
CONGRATULATIONS, YOU’RE ABUSING YOUR KIDS!
Please seek help immediately because the above behaviors can and will traumatize children and are terrible things to do to another human being.
