Everything in her life seemed like happiness and rainbows. If it wasn’t bright enough, she would make it shine like the sun. Even when she was sad, she would be caught with a smile on her face. Everything would work out in the end, there were such things as happy middles and ends in her mind. That being said, people should be given a chance. Even that dumb kid that set her on fire once, he deserved a second and maybe even third chance. So Charlie? He couldn’t be everything they said he was; she didn’t believe it for a minute.
“I’m sure he’s just misunderstood, I really think he is sooo freaking cute…” her wings fluttered and glitter spilled out, “Like he needs to be in my life NOW!”
Lunella doesn't want to upset her dearest friend. Lina wasn't a child, for sure, but she wasn't exactly an adult either. At least, she didn't view the world like one. After everything Lunella had been through with...him...she vowed to never let something like that happen again. Especially not to someone she loved.
"I'm pretty sure he eats children when they're available, Lina," she says quietly, picking up the brush from the vanity beside them and beginning to groom her best friend's hair. "And... I know he thinks eating and sex are basically the same thing."
