"My Shit is Orange!"
Im sorry apparently Im 12...
out of the twins, he’s more like stack?
oh—
Yeah…he’s a whore 😭😂
Or maybe he's a lil bit freaked out...
Bet he's a lot a bit freaked out...
Annie probably always had to ask Smoke if he "come alone" cause Stack was most likely always around the corner or on his way to Smoke if he was not visibly in sight 🤣🤣 she's checking every time so she knows if she can have a private moment with her husband, god knows how they got to have private moments
Stack lil freaked out self probably out somewhere always listening an giggling to himself to later tease his big bro...
bet its like a spidy sense is tingling...
"wut ya'll wuz in there doin?"
Read the SINNERS screenplay!
"Coogler’s original script delves into the nuanced, separate identities of the twins, exploring how they differ in personality and how they hold their trauma differently."

Thank you Uzumaki-reion👏🏾 thank you 👏🏾thank you👏🏾
Now Smoke 😏
Photos that are so Annie and Smoke coded.
Ya'll dont understand...
Seeing a character like Smoke in a vulnerable state multiple times throughout Sinners...
A man that exhibits characteristics of a hypermasculine man and to see him be vulnerable-
This is why I love me some Smoke and Annie. Why I love Smoke as A character.
@complexmagazine Wow! I love hearing the BTS of Sinners and little changes made here and there!
And now im sobbing because he wanted to honor his big brother's sacrifice
Where he asked Wunmi what was her process to make her character so genuine and authentic, Michael jumped in, talking about "Yea, what did you do? Lol. https://youtu.be/AAW7sjzpMzc?si=CIaAmGeD2I1YuqWQ

I love this lil interview
Thought it was time to share my Michael B. Jordan Sims 4 Creation. I'm not the greatest at posing my Sims, but I tried. The images at the bottom were my clothing inspo. I couldn't find CC to match the white top so I combined another outfit he had that was green with the open shirt. If you download him you will see what I mean.
I have Wicked Whims installed but I didn't include that cc...Sorry 😜
If you use him in your game tag me!

ahhhhh my lovessss
I LOVE the colors
When I watched that scene i was at first I was like Whew chile😮💨😮💨😮💨 but then I teared up because you dont see dark skinned plus size women be love interest, not be made fun of, play alongside the leading man, be portrayed as beautiful. I never realized just how starved I was of seeing someone like myself on the big screen and not be the butt of someone's joke.
Wunmi says the love scene is one of the reasons she wanted to do this movie. https://www.elle.com/culture/movies-tv/a69217461/jayme-lawson-wunmi-mosaku-hailee-steinfeld-sinners-elle-women-in-hollywood-interview-2025/ Jayme Lawson, Wunmi Mosaku, Hailee Steinfeld on What 'Sinners' Can Teach Hollywood
I feel like this movie changed my 🧠 chemistry. Seeing Wunmi as a main love interest was so needed.

My thoughts on:
Smoke🚬....
*disclaimer: These are just personal thoughts and opinions*
Ryan did say at the heart of Smoke's character he is a Father. A Father robbed of a chance to be a real dad.
I think this analysis of Elijah is spot on. I do believe he does operate from a place of guilt at murdering their father. Michael said that trauma affected the twins differently.
I absolutely believe that he felt 100% responsible for robbing his brother of a father even though that father was an absolute piece of trash but I alI also believe that he feels some shame and responsibility that his own child died while he did not. See seen with Annie.
Smoke: "why that Mojo didn't work on our baby then?
Annie: "I-on't know but it worked for you."
-absolutely heartbreaking.
In Eliajh's guilt and shame, he allows Elias to convince him to follow all his "crazy schemes" out of a certain obligation. Even Annie clocks this when Elijah tells her they are opening a Juke. She says "Is this one of your brother's crazy ideas?"
I think it goes even deeper because at such a young age he was also tasked with being a protector even before the patricide. There's evidence of this when the Elias and Sammy are at the truck and he tells Sammy to watch Elias' back because he can't watch it himself.
He has almost never had the chance to choose himself; until Annie. I believe him getting with her was him choosing himself and even that most likely brought him guilt. Vampire Stack uses this against him when he was locked in thr storage room:
Stack: What that witch saying? You gon' let her come between us again?
And what happened when he chose himself; Their baby died, which as I said earlier, definitely added to his guilt. I also think its part of the reason he leaves with Stack after the baby passed. I very much feel like the mindset was: bad things happen when I choose me. He lost his kid and wasn't about to lose his brother.
I do think wat allows him to finally choose himself was ironically, Stack's death/rebirth. I believe hearing his brother forgive him gave him a sense of comfort.
Elias in his vampire state had the power to protect himself and Elijah could rest and choose himself... In death...
Damn, so tragic.
I am interested in what the OP has to say about Annie and Elijah in reference to Elijahs guilt ans shame.
Do y'all want me to go crazy & share my full archive of MBJ content or post things occasionally? Cuz I don't wanna get on my followers nerves.
