Urgent Humanitarian Appeal | My Husband is Fighting for Life, and We Need Your Help

We are a Palestinian family from Gaza living under difficult humanitarian conditions. My husband is currently hospitalized in critical condition after sustaining severe injuries as a result of the recent bombing. Doctors have confirmed that his condition requires urgent treatment outside the Gaza Strip, given the lack of medical facilities necessary to save him here.

We appeal to everyone who can help, whether humanitarian organizations, responsible parties, or anyone with a compassionate heart, to stand by us so we can transfer my husband abroad before it's too late.

Every moment threatens his life, and we live in constant anxiety and fear for his fate. We ask that you help us make our voices heard and assist us in obtaining a medical referral, travel arrangements, or any other means possible to save his life.

Urgent Appeal from Gaza: Laila and her children without shelter or food

I am Laila, a mother from Gaza, and I come to you today with a heavy heart. I have been displaced for the tenth time, and here I am today in Al-Mawasi, without shelter. Literally, my children and I are on the street.

We don't have a tent to shelter us from the harsh conditions, and we don't even have food to satisfy the hunger of our young children. All we wish for is a safe shelter, a simple tent to protect us from the cold and fear.

Please, extend a helping hand. Every bit of assistance, no matter how small, will make a huge difference in our lives. We are in dire need of a tent and food.

O people of goodness and humanity,

I address you with a heart aching with pain and the words of a mother in besieged Gaza, where the cruelty of war intersects with financial hardship. I and my children live under the brunt of bombardment and fear. While my husband groans from wounds sustained in the war, my heart aches to see my son struggling with his illness without the ability to provide the necessary treatment.

I am a mother of six children, and all I wish for is to see them well-fed and safe. But under this unjust siege and this destructive war, the simplest necessities of life have become a distant dream. I cannot provide them with their daily sustenance, and I am unable to provide them with food and medicine.

My humble home has been destroyed by war, and fear haunts our small souls. My injured husband needs constant care, and my sick son's condition is worsening due to the lack of medical facilities.

I appeal to your living consciences and implore your generosity. Innocent children deserve to live with dignity, a grieving husband needs support, and a sick son yearns for recovery. Extend a helping hand, even a small one, for it may be the lifeline that rescues us from this distress.

Your donations will be a candle illuminating our dark paths, a morsel of food to satisfy hungry children, and a ray of hope in the heart of a grieving mother.

Gaza is calling you, so do not let its cry down.

Dear people of good will, you with compassionate hearts,

I address you with an urgent and moving plea from a mother's heart aching for my beloved son. My son, Muhammad, suffers from a fungal infection of the scalp that has left him bald due to the disease. He needs specialized treatment unavailable in our region. The only hope for his recovery is to travel abroad to receive the necessary treatment.

My son's health is deteriorating by the day, and every moment of delay could be decisive. The costs of treatment, travel, and accommodation are exorbitant and far beyond my financial capacity. Therefore, I have found no refuge except in God and in your compassionate hearts.

I appeal to you, in the name of humanity and in the name of every father and mother who wishes their children health and well-being, to extend a helping hand and help me save my son's life. Your donations, no matter how small, will help alleviate his pain and give him a new lease on life.

God Almighty says: "And whatever you spend in good - indeed, Allah is Knowing of it." (Al-Baqarah: 273)
