These are a set of mini cards to be sent as this months mail art, our theme was film, book or TV show and I chose Totoro :)

while a little down one night and unable to sleep I did this in my journal :)

the soot sprites (gremlins) are in Ghibli movies and spell out happy :) cute idea I thought, but a little messily executed.

Inside the 365 journal writing ideas book is a name tag that you copy and stick into your journal...I have, but I don't know what to name my journal...any suggestions..? I've also stuck in some basic prompts and the photo challenge list for future reference.

I will probably use prompts form other journal ideas books too, as well as using it as a normal journal about my thoughts, feelings and activities. Some pages may be photographed and shared, others will be kept private.

The pages are left side lined, right side blank so can combine writing and drawing easier. I can't write in a straight line without lines and my text changes size with lines let alone without them lol

Started a horseshoe cable but running low on yarn so stopped part way down.

These are far from artistic, I'm more a celotape and masking tape kinda girl, for practicality far more than prettiness...but I bought shiny tape and put some on...looks awful to me lol but I like some that others have done :)

Also, I wasn't brave enough to try drawing with my left hand as am bad enough with my right lol so not ambidextrous!

This was an ATC for another friend whose been down lately. I did a bee on the card and wrote 'bee happy' on the back lol The envelope has her name starting with a crescent moon and a dragonfly with love in the postcode boxes (question, who only has 4 letters/numbers for their postcode, in the UK it's usually 6?)

A couple of my friends have been feeling down lately, so made them an ATC to post through their door (as receiving mine put a smile on my face). I hoped it'd make them smile...

Lorraine loves the summer so she has a butterfly themed card and sun envelope :)

Did some zentangle doodles on one of my WTJ pages :) not done any of these in ages.

I've also had to make some new ATCs with the theme Spring as the one I'd made has disappeared when I came to add an address. It'll probably show up once I post these ones. One is a sun and one is a crab :) Hoep they're liked :)

Received this lovely other mother (from Coraline) ATC from otherbuttons here on tumblr. Love this card, so nicely done, and the details on the corners are brilliant :) she also drew on the envelope and the note she included, very nice :)

Well my cables seem to have improved a bit, still not perfect though :) now done 5 milos for May and started a 6th. Hence the reason not much has been done on my WTJ.

These are part of #MiloMay2014, again with Tikki Knits.

The 22" is for my son and the 16" ones are for charity :) The owl cable is so cute but also done some giant cable twists and currently on another with a horse shoe cable.
