hello hello my dear readers and adventurers, big and small! be very welcomed to The Library, a cozy little corner on the wide world of the web, where we can rest for a bit, share stories, and make friends!

| it's an absolute pleasure to meet all of you! so let me introduce myself!

-> you can call me Lili or Livi, and either Ms. or Mr. is fine!

-> my pronouns are he/they/it, feel free to use them interchangeably!

-> I'm 21 years old in my big age, so be mindful of that when you interact with me! I dont mind talking to younger or older people, as a librarian, i love to help everyone, but pls remember your own safety and confort when interacting with people on the internet!

-> I am autistic, and may be very direct in my posts or answers, and need some clarification on things sometimes, i ask you all to pls be patient with me!

-> I age regress both to help me cope better with past trauma and my day to day life as a disabled adult, and as an involuntary reaction to sensory or emotional overwhelm

-> my tiny age is hard to pinpoint, but the most common ranges are 7-ish, 11-ish, and 13, but you wont be seeing much of 13yo me here, he's soon getting his own blog (after i fix it!)

-> I'm a flip, and as a caregiver/babysitter/role model for littles in this server, i'm going to assume te role of librarian and teacher!

What I'm doing in my room? Well, I guess I'm just... I guess I'm just remembering stuff ya know, Bubs? From when I was as tiny as you.

They are very pretty, you're right, Buddy. Did you know they also help with nightmares? Mhm, they are kinda like a shield, just like stuffies are dream warriors.

Do I have many nightmares when I'm away from the stars? Well, no, because I always got my sleeping buddies with me. I ain't going to bed without my plushies, you silly.

Yeah, even if I'm a big boy. Big boys are still allowed to need plushies, ya know? And even if you don't need them anymore, you're still allowed to like them and keep them around.

What I was thinking about? Well, Bug, I don't know. I guess just... bout the past. Bout the things I miss. And the things I don't.

Yeah... it hurts to grow up sometimes. But it's ok Buddy.

Growing up doesn't mean you have to forget how to be a child. And you know what? No matter how old you get, you're always gonna be my little Sibby.

This one’s for the regressors who feel stuck sometimes. The ones who say,

“I’m too old to be little,”

“I’m not little enough to belong,”

“I don’t fit in with tiny agere OR big kid spaces.”

I see you. I am you. And I promise, there is room for you right here. 🫶

Middlespace is weird sometimes. You might love stuff like:

• Writing fanfics and also cuddling a plushie

• Watching cartoons and reading long fantasy books

• Making rainbow bracelets while listening to sad music from 2012

• Wanting to be taken care of, but not babied

• Needing softness, but not needing diapers or bottles

You are not too much. You are not too little. You are just right. 💛

tips for low energy regressors who are tired of just laying in bed

-> if you got a garden or yard, put a blanket or rug in the grass and lay there! that way the blades of grass won't hurt your skin, but you're still outside! you can put your blanket in the sun for some vitamin D, or in the shadow if you just want some fresh air

bonus point if your pet decides to lay in the blanket with you!

-> tummy time in grass! play with the blades of grass just outside your blankie, feel their texture, maybe rip them appart! roll around a bit, let's get grass in our hairs, that's a problem for bathtime!

-> cloudgaze! look up and try to find shapes in the clouds! I love making up dragons and sharks!

-> if you got a little bit more energy, play color explorer! try to find something in your garden on every colour of the rainbow and take a picture of it!

sadly I don't know much about finding caregivers in general, and I imagine finding one for systems might be extra hard cause they need to be very understanding, but while you search for one, you and all your headmates are more than welcome around my blog, as long as they're polite like you were!
