the great jungle actually does take place in new york city but like,,, alternate universe

the residents are so used to the large number of cats there. also, somewhat higher sea levels changed the shape of the land slightly. the statue of liberty is mostly underwater due to deterioration and attacks on the city

its slightly dark lol. but in the og rp, i had a character who was a crazy conspiracy theorist cat and predicted the apocalypse to be happening soon so. oops

also! for those who were in tgj originally, this will be a prequel plot! if you want to bring back aged down characters, that would be fine! but for reference, the plot takes place around a 25-30 moons before the original plot, so obviously young warriors and apprentices wouldn’t be born yet
