-The Exchange of the Princesses at the Spanish Border-
Versatility in a service island is here charmingly illustrated in Ortwin Hillnhutter's version of the timeless country kitchen. At first glance, the natural wood and rough plaster suggest an almost quaint rusticity... The open shelving combines ease of access with a cheerful busyness well suited to the room that is still the heart - if no longer the hearth - of the home.
