義 means justice.right way. 飛 means fly. (呂 is only as a phonetic symbol.)

im pretty sure it’s not 義 I watched big hero 6 from theaters that provided chinese subtitles furthermore 義 doesn’t have the phonetics for ta-da-shi i know that it doesn’t look like it from the pics…I’ve looking at it for hours too, but it doesn’t make sense… BUT THANK YOU OH SO MUCH FOR BEING ABLE TO SEE HIRO’S NAME IN KANJI! oh,I don’t know chinese subtitle. But In Japan, we can use 義 for tadashi. It’s unusual name. My Japanese friends checked this screenshot. YES! 飛呂 is pretty cool;) Thanks!
