Jared held onto Louise’s hand and kept her close, this was a big day for the both of them but Jared needed to stay calm for her, because he didn’t want Louise to know he was nervous. “Everything is going to be fine baby. Don’t worry.” He smiled kissing the side of her head as they walked out. Making it to the car, Jared took a hold of Esther so Louise could get in and he would put Esther in the car seat and smiled at Esther, even if Esther wasn’t his kid, he always saw her as his. As he made sure she was sitting in correctly, he got into the car and drove to the hospital.

Louise was happy Jared looked after her, he looked after her all the time as it was but carrying his baby was something she never expected, not after everything. She nodded looking over at him for a moment before biting her lip, “I hope so, i really hope everything is okay.” She stated looking over at him for a moment before he took Esther so she could get in to the car. As she looked around to see Esther being strapped in, she smiled at the two together, she couldn’t wait to see him as a dad to the baby she was carrying and also ask him what she always wanted to ask him. As they made it to the hospital, she smiled as she got out of the car and took Esther out and carried her into the hospital as she walked in there with nearly every nerve freak her out, not that she hadn’t been in this position before but she was scared. As she walked in she booked herself in, she then took a seat with Jared before they got called in, “Come on sweetie, we’re going to find out if you are going to have a baby brother or sister.” She smiled a little before looking over at Jared as they walked into the room and she laid on the bed looking over at the doctor.

Jared was super excited for the day, Esther had become his world recently, and having a baby of his own on the way made his world complete. “Are you nervous sweetheart?” He nodded looking over at her for a moment, “It’s going to be okay baby, I will be there for you.” He stated looking for a moment and laughed as she spoke to Esther and looked at Esther get really excited as he quickly placed his hand on her bump for a moment, feeling the firmness of it, “You ready to go beautiful.”

Louise was standing there, she had been through all this before yet the nerves were there even more now. She stood there and took a deep breath, “Yeah slightly, I don’t know why.” She stated as she twiddled her finger for a moment before putting a hand through her hair, “I know babe.” She smiled looking over at him as Esther was all ready to go. Her heat stopped when she felt his hand on her bump for a moment. “Yeah I am ready to go.” She stated before reaching for his hand as she held onto Esther as she picked her back up.

Jared was nervous for the baby scan today, partly this was a big thing, this was his first child of his own and he was about to find the gender of his baby was it going to be what he wanted, he knew he would be happy either way but he wanted to believe that he wasn’t going to e miserable either way. He was lucky to have Louise as his girlfriend and the person carrying his baby. it was a gift he always wanted. As he saw her walk down his heart skipped a beat, she was truly the only person he could imagine his life with. “Hey beautiful.” He smiled placing a kiss on her cheek as she reached him and then lent down and placed a small kiss on her baby bump for a moment. “Ready to go baby?”

Louise couldn’t help but be happy that her life had finally come together in a way that she wanted it to, considering her mom had passed many years ago or at least a few years ago and then her dad wanted nothing to do with her. She was approaching him as she kept a hold of Esther, “Ready as I will ever be Jar.” She smiled, having his baby was something she was happy to be doing, when she had Esther things were so different but now this was something she was ready to do. She looked up at Esther, “Ready to see if you’r going to have a brother or sister?”

Louise had probably been excited for this scan for a good few weeks, it was the scan she got to find out the gender of her little peanut. She was super excited to do this with Jared, unlike Dylan Esthers dad, he was way more enthusiastic about being a part of her life and her babies life. She knew falling in love with your best friend could be a problem but she actually got lucky with Jared. Living at Jared’s place was something that helped her, it was easier and still close to college. She walked dwn the stairs to see Esther dressed and ready and the nseeing Jared there she smiled as she made she she looked alright, even with her baby bump showing through her dress. She smiled as she looked at Jared who had a massive smile on his face. “Hey babe.” She said walking over to him before picking Esther up with her little legs dangled over her baby bump. Was them taking her to the scan a risk? Probably but they wanted her there to see her baby brother or sister and hear the news at the same time as they did.
