If you focus on failure, you can never succeed. If you focus on being hurt in a relationship, you can never be loved.Whatever you focus on, you create.

Oh my word.....Who is this human? and yes.
Dear Taylor Swift
If you were a man, you would not have been punished for leaving a label by having your masters sold to someone you hate.
If you were a man, you wouldn’t have been talked down to in the public responses by the high profile men and women who decided to join the conversation.
If you were a man, you would not have been gaslit and told to essentially calm down and apologize while people pretended to apologize to you.
If you were a man, no one would have slyly evoked Parkland or Manchester bombing in order to publicly shame you while leaving just enough plausible deniability to call you crazy should you decide to respond.
That’s why, in addition to this being about artists lack of rights, is also about sexist misogynistic bullshit masquerading as business as usual contract negotiations.
Keep fighting this , please. I’m not in the music industry but so many times in my industry this misogynistic behavior gets normalized and it’s so infuriating to see people normalize these types of men and their behaviour towards you. If it happens to you, remember the rest of use get it 4 times as much and we need people as powerful as you to keep speaking out about.
Don’t give up, write a song about these jackasses and keep calling out their predatory ways.
Let get em. #istandbytaylor
