I've been thinking about Act 3 and the epilogue. Honestly, I can see them being the dads of a githyanki kid and Yenna. That'd be cute. p.s: I don't know if the next post will be about bg3. I adore this game to death, but I feel the crippling exhaustion of it. I think I'll change things up for a bit. Hope y'all don't mind.

Thought I'd finally explain Nathel's tattoo and that back scar.

So, I imagine he doesn't really if at all, talk about his tattoo (it's almost like a brand of ownership rather than a tattoo). Being owned nearly his whole life by different people, the tadpole is the first taste of actual freedom he's ever had. Talking about the permanent reminder that a Fiend owns a piece of his soul would kind of spoil the taste of it all, I reckon.

As for that scar - In Act II, Nathel has a fight with Astarion about his wish to deal with Raphael. To Nathel, who's already disgusted with himself for being a warlock, to begin with, dealing with yet another devil is just unthinkable. They end up pissy at each other, Nathel goes off to explore on his own for a bit to cool off and runs into the Sharran Doctor. By the time the rest of the party reaches him, he's already been impaled and is laying dead on the surgeon's table.

In real life: I forgot my party at camp, found the doctor, failed the check, and got my ass handed to me.
