im big into various roblox games [mostly dandys world, regretevator + meleeniacs, grace and blocktales], minecraft [1.5.2 is a personal favorite], limbolane games [great god grove + smile for me], madness combat, cardcaptor sakura, hfjone, tmnt, pvz, homestuck and various mcyt related subjects. i dont tend to tie myself to fandoms bc i am often not a fan of them but i do like to talk about our interests ^_^ i like lions also i love them so much theyre so loveluly

ginger is still meta if you consider the fact that she works extremely well with cosmo now. switch sprout for cosmo in the lineup and its still good. ginger acts as a "free" medkit for cosmo, and even in a pinch she *could* heal others [though, its a little bit of a waste on mains, in the same way buying a medkit instead of a band is]. i see folk all the time say ginger fell out of the meta but i really dont think thats true. its just that her purpose in the meta is different now

toons can eat and have something similar to a digestive system, but rather than being turned into nutrients + waste, food is converted into ichor. and the "heart" serves to keep ichor from stagnating, which is what keeps toons up and running!
they are also full of stuffing!! most of it is white, though the stuffing surrounding the organs [which are. not flesh btu they arent really fabric either] is somewhat stained grey. #mypeak

i love the idea of dw being a sesame street type edutainment puppet show, nd also i have all sorts of gripes with the very minimal lore we *do* know at this moment. i also dont like the idea of the toons being made of flesh it freaks me out so i . am turning them into puppets made of felt and stuffing except vee she is a robot
with dandy, i wanted to lean into him being more of a protagonist that children can project themselves onto, even if he himself is not a child. because this au is meant to be a puppet show rather than an animated cartoon, i leaned into the puppet aspect when thinking up their designs and you can definitely see it the most in dandys design. i also hate that his petals in game come from the sides of his head rather than the back of it like an actual flowers petals are. i dont like his bald spot it pisses me off so i fixed it
astro imo already has a very good design in game, really the only things that ever bug me are the star on his face, his blanket just being really short, and him not having anything covering his feet. i also dont really like how his blanket looks kind of like a towel in game because of the stripe on the end, so i switched it out for a trim around the edge ^_^ i added some texture to his face as well to make it look more moon-y
shelly also i think has a pretty solid design in comparison to other toons, and my design for her doesnt change much, though i did opt to give her a different dress because im not all too fond of the suspenders look, and of course i gave her shoes. i gave her a snaggle tooth as well because i think its cute [i have a snaggle tooth irl also ! so its like a little peice of me in a way]. i did mean to give her a tail as well but. i forgot ^_^;
i do not like vees in game design. i love it in concept, but it just falls short and looks weird to me. and i hate that she is fully naked but has a bowtie, which isnt even a very good color considering shes Entirely Green. i tried to lean more twoards tv host aestheics in her outfit, and i made her bow red rather than green to add a pop of color. i think her face looks like boss baby
i love sprout. he is one of my favorite characters in dandys world, but his design in game is one i have a lot of issues with. his head being vertical is definitely an interesting choice, and i hate that hes naked, but really most of what i have issues with is just nitpicks. i love the idea of him having an apron, i just think its very cute. i also gave him oven mitts alongside the frilly apron to lean into him being a baker! i kept his scarf of course, and put him in clothes because i dont like the toons being naked. i like to imagine he has sweatpants and loafers on, to stay comfy while hes cooking.

look at me in my eyes. dandys world shouldve been puppets. it shouldnt have been a cartoon it shoudlve been a puppet show like sesame street. just think abt it i beg. the 80s - early 2000s was the golden age of puppet shows for children too!!! and id imagine itd be easier to create a puppet show than a full blown cartoon with the resources they potentially had
it could explain a lot too!!!! instead of the living toons being gross flesh objects with blood inside they could be living puppets [wether that be magic/a curse or otherwise]. and the twisteds existing alongside the toons could be explained by there being multiple puppets for the characters. maybe even a thing where each toon has one "consciousness" that can be moved between puppets [which can make repairs and possibly filming easier] itd just be so much more interesting please i beg
