This is a very quick post but I went through research to understand the aromantic spectrum to the best of my ability, and from what I know as per design difference of Medioromantic and Mediosexual’s flag is the main color where they represent their respective communities. The green was chosen for the Aromantic flag as an opposing color to red which is commonly associated with romance.

The Medioromantic flag represents individuals who feel none or little romantic attraction, but also wouldn’t mind or have any strong opinions of partaking in a romantic relationship, valuing the closeness and shared experiences.

AND HERE IS THE FLAG !! :D

dunno if yall like the design since it’s similar to the Mediosexual flag I made but I saw that commonly among sexual and romantic orientation flags so I attempted to do the same. The green is not the exact shade of green as the aromantic flag, this green closer resembles the color of Jade. Jade usually signifies harmony and longevity and saw it fit well. :3

So I made my own pride flag/label…

idk much about tumblr and how info spreads, but I want to see if people would support this idea of mine. For the longest time I’ve just been relying on good ol’ Ace-Spectrum flag, but people constantly misunderstand because how diverse the Ace-Spectrum is. My sexuality on the ace-spectrum is somewhat specific and there wasn’t really a flag that fit, and for some reason I’m really organizing at random things (i prob have autism, that’s not a joke) and I felt like I really wanted to have a pride flag for my specific place on the Asexual Spectrum and maybe if you fit in this category you MIGHT like it??? Idk. Obviously it’s not a polished concept but if enough flags were able to be on multiple spectrums of the LGBTQ+ community, I don’t see why not to create a label out of our own comfort.

I present to you… Mediosexual!

The prefix ‘Medio’ comes from the Latin word ‘Mediocris’ which means middling, tolerable, or mediocre.

This flag represents individuals who experience little or no sexual attraction, but also would not mind, have no opinion of intercourse or sexual intimacy in a relationship.

It is similar to Cupiosexual, but the difference is while Cupiosexual is little or no sexual attraction, but still DESIRE sexual intimacy or intercourse in a relationship, Mediosexual either does not mind or has no objecting opinion towards partaking in sexual intimacy or intercourse.

Not sure if people will actually spread this around, but I prob will repost this in multiple places on Tumblr, and show some of my friends too. If it doesn’t get known, that’s fine :P I’m not asking for fame. I’m just trying to define myself. 👍🏳️‍🌈
