getting down my musical influences for f4!jack ♬⋆.˚ read below for me being way too much of a nerd about 60s music

i do wanna keep it in the realm of actual 60s music -- keeping in the direction of hard rock, i'm thinking early days of the who & led zeppelin; heavier stuff from the kinks; very late 60s hits of the rolling stones; and some influence from the jimmy hendrix experience, but not going too far into psychedelic vibes.

in terms of visuals, i'm deefffinitely pulling from the stones. like i said, i don't wanna go too psychedelic, so i'm avoiding the sort of flowy messy look that i usually go for in 60s stuff. also the cleaner look suits the f4 vibe better! also since f4 is a retro-futurism, i'm playing with the idea of a 90s-does-60s influence as well... inspo pics below! :3

*none* of this is set in stone yet. i really love 60s history, pop culture, etc... so i'll probably be changing this a couple of times in the future, to be more historically accurate... ... even though the fantastic four takes place in a fictionalized retro futurism world... sigh. hashtag history nerd.

ofc!!! !!! one of my fave things tbh!!! i use fragrantica.com -> search by notes -> old view !!! old view is v important, that's how you get the green box background :] then i just screenshot that green box!!

they also have a "moodboard" page? i haven't really explored that but it might be fun? shrug!
