i’m so glad they went to prom together

hey how are you?..long ago that you do not look around here...I do not know you but hopefully're well.

This is long overdue for an answer. I guess I kept you waiting, huh? The truth is about what happened since my last post (Sometime last December) is that my life kinda went too fast for me. I didn’t have any time to keep posting, and I had even stressed myself out so much with posting in general that I felt I had to quit for a while. However, even then things didn’t get much better.

Despite balancing commitments outside of posting, I got into a severe depression and had to be hospitalized for about 5 days. After that I went to outpatient (group) therapy for a while and had to get extensions for my college classes (those I didn’t have to drop to fit with my therapy). In short, a lot of things changed in my life.

I admit, I miss posting and writing with everyone here. Although my confidence in my abilities still is lacking and I feel like my writing has not improved at all since I left. Additionally, my enthusiasm for the Metal Gear fandom has died down to where, in my earlier attempts to get back into writing for this blog, I couldn’t find the drive or spark I once had. Yet, I still have a special place for the franchise and its characters in my mind.

Hopefully, I can keep chugging on in my life despite my new diagnoses and perhaps come back to this blog sometime (hopefully sooner rather than later).

Thank you for asking, by the way. It was nice of you to check in on me. I apologize if this turned out to be a ramble or a litany of whining as I did not mean for it to be so. I have no interest in getting pity or want to complain.

Anyways, thank you again. I hope you are doing well too.
