Okay. I admit, I was scared of joining this website… still am. But I’m sure as long as I’m careful about what I say and who I follow, I’ll live. (Oh, and blacklisting NSFW tags.)
Okay, this is probably the part where I should say something about me.
My nane is MrTech579. Not gonna say my real name, because I GUARANTEE you would all say it wrong. (Yes, I know my username is dumb. I came up with it all the way back when I was eight. Don’t judge. XD) Ever since even a young age I had an interest in game development. I was introduced by the Sonic Franchise. (Before you get worried, they were the good games, I swear!) My father had rented a copy of Sonic Unleashed. We only got to rent it for two days, but I was in love. I not only played through much of his games, even becoming a bit of a fan to an extent. I also discovered other franchises, and became a gamer.
No matter your opinion of both Five Nights at Freddy’s and it’s fandom, it was an important game series for me. Not because the games themselves, even though I do like (most of) them a fair bit. No, it’s because it introduced be to Clickteam Fusion 2.5, the tool used to make those games. Before I said I always had an interest in game development, but I never really did anything with it. But now, everything changed. It was both very user friendly, and very powerful. And I am still making games with it to this day! I’m currently working on a Sonic the Hedgehog fan game which I plan to post about. Back in my early days of using it I used to make “Five Nights at Freddy’s fan games.” I never really finished them, and they were pretty bad looking back. I was young. But, I did have very short bursts of success on Gamejolt every once and a while. Looking at Gamejolt now, it is VERY diffrent then what is was. In both look and landscape.
Moving on, I also have an interest in video editing. I was never into movies… but YouTube, that was something diffrent. Jeez I’m getting so nostalgic in this post. Like Ganejolt, YouTube is a VERY diffrent place now than a few years ago. Even back then I like the idea of independently created content. Little restriction outside of YouTube’s guidelines, the ability to create the content you want, growing a following! Even back then the idea pleased me. Over the years, I got better and better with editing, and so did my software. I think I’m one of the only people who can legitimately say they own Sony Vegas AND Premiere Pro. Additionally, I am also the primary leader of the Bendy and the Ink Machine Amino. I’m not going to go into much detail here, because that has it’s own blog. Feel free to check it out and say hi though!

Welp, that’s all I got! I’ll keep posting to say what’s on my mind, details about my fan game, and general things going on. This took a bit, so thank you so much for your read!
