I feel so empty. I need to constantly do something to distract myself from these feelings. I have never felt this empty before. I don't know I've been crying all day so.
Personally, if you're doing keto they recommend only having one a day and that's possibly as a snack or "light meal" other than that you should be fine. Some diabetics have spiked from them.... but that's not everyone (I'd think people that are more sensitive to sugar). With that said there are a few other brands with different tastes/textures you can try also that still are very lc- B-UP, Nugo Smarte Carb, Doctor CarbRite, D's Naturals No Cow Bar,ISS Research Oh Yeah! ONE Bars etc

Almost everyone in my life is so annoying when it comes to what I eat. Me- *not specially trying to lose weight* *eats pizza* *is proud of myself because I didn't binge* My mom- "you have an eating disorder, why do you binge all the time?" Me... That's not a binge..? ~~ Me- *is trying to lose weight* My friend "try this protein bar!" Me- no they do nothing for me, they have almost no protein, they trigger me, I will binge so I'd rather stay away from them. My friend- "fuck you!"
