Green dress with lace and ribbon accents, with matching bloomers and shoes. When I start sewing an outfit I often only have the bare bones (pattern pieces) cut out. As I sew, I begin to envision what kind of detail I want to add. Since I use fat quarters, no two outfits are the same. I don't use bolts of fabric or produce them like a factory..lol..I just sew by hand.

Jammies!

I love sewing. And I've never lost my love for toys, dolls especially. And I've always loved cats. I've bought plenty of plush cats over the years and I still love them (I have two smol tigers I carry with me everywhere). But I never found the right cat doll to dress up. So I decided to make one.

Went through a ton of prototypes until I found a pattern I liked. My daughter gets all of the prototypes, so she has quite a collection. Finally I created the four little kitties for my kingdom:

Patches Webber, based off my real Calico sweetie, Rupert Peterson, based off our (otrb) kitty Pete, Molly Sheehan, based off my best friend's siamese kitty, and Ellie Slysh, based off a kitty my daughter's great grandfather had.

I hope everyone enjoys my kitties! They are entirely sewn by hand - clothes, shoes, and kitty. I don't use a machine.
