Ander knew better then to stick around humans for to long. Other humans were just as bad as the infected, if not worse. They were greedy and fearful, anything to save their own hide. Push a friend into a swarm, even a family member, just to by themselves a moment or two to escape. She’d seen it before.
“ So I’ll take some clean water, what dried food you can spare and be on my way. ”
