I've got an important question that's been bothering me for days now...

If one female and one male student of each house are chosen to become prefects in their fifth year and Charlie Weasley is a prefect in his fifth year by default because canon, then what about any male Gryffindor MCs? 👀 Don't they get the prefect quest? Do they just ignore canon? How do they live with this burden?

This is important. I won't be able to sleep unless I find answers... Thanks to anyone out there who can solve this Hogwarts mystery!
