1. Nick: I think Nick would be a Leopard seal. Leopard seals are highly aggressive and the meanest of seals, but they're also super loud (male leopard seals "sing" underwater for long periods) They're second largest species of seal in the Antarctic + is a top order predator, they eat cephalopods, other seals, krill, fish, and birds, particularly penguins, and its only natural predator being the orca. I think their personalities also best align with Nick because they're super solitary and territorial, but they display curiosity and sometimes playful behavior towards humans. Unlike most seals, Leopard seals typically hunt and live alone aswell
2. Keith: Mediterranean monk seal. I'm pretty sure Keith would be a Mediterranean monk seal for a couple of reasons. Mediterranean monk seals are solitary and non-migratory animals that rely on remote sea caves for shelter due to past human persecution, leaving them as the most endangered seals. I picked this seal about Keith because Mediterranean monk seals tend to be super hard for scientists to collect any research on bc they avoid humans so much, they're super closed off beings who can only be found in hidden caves LOL
3. Jaden: Grey seal, grey seals are kinda like ringed seals + spotted seals, weird, less popular cousin. They're super similar to ringed seals and spotted seals but they're often forgotten about in the seal world. Grey seals luv food and hang are more social compared to the previous seals listed above. Not much other explanation for that
4. Paul town: He gets Weddel simply bc of the fact that he pisses me off. You are now Weddel seal. (Weddel seals are the loudest seals and do not shut the fuck up ever)
5. Andrew Tate: Tate gets the hooded seal solely because he thinks he's alpha, while in reality, he is perceived as a goofball by everyone ever. Male hooded seals can inflate a large red balloon thingy that extends from their left nostril creating a visible "hood" on their head to attract mates and intimidate rivals which THEY might think is cool but just makes them look stupid LOL
6. Kanye: I think Kanye would be a Ross seal cuz they look a little strange compared to other seals and no one really knows whats wrong with them. I don't have normal snouts like other seals, and their bodies are somewhat like a conglomerate compared to individual pieces that form to make an actual animal I guess??? youll see in the photo below, anyways, they produce complex siren like sounds both on ice and underwater vocalizations that sound like alien sounds and be heard from super far away. They have the largest eyes in relation to their body size of any Antarctic seal.
7. Sneako: Spotted seal. Sneako is getting spotted seal bc unlike Jaden he is a bit more popular in the seal community but at the same time he's outshined by people like Adin Ross who could be better represented by the ringed seal, so he lands as a spotted seal. Spotted seals are super friendly and love socializing. They've developed unique "family" structures in the wild, and they'll form annual monogamous "triads" consisting of a male, a female, and their pup, a behavior uncommon in other ice dwelling seals :3 Spotted seals are closely attached to ice patches, are very non-picky eaters, and are great swimmers.
8. Sarah stock: This one is actually very specific, but I'm confident this fits her LOL, I think Sarah would be a Ribbon seal. Ribbon seals are primarily solitary, spending most of their time in the open ocean but forming loose aggregations on pack ice during spring around humans. The main reason I chose the Ribbon seal for Sarah is bc they are relatively unwary of their surroundings and will often get hauled out on the ice LOL (yes even while theyre awake). I think this encompasses Sarah's dumb blond energy very well. Additionally, if they do end up near humans or sometimes on boats, the same thing will happen where they'll just get hauled out on boats without even noticing, i think thats a great representation for the random cliques Sarah somehow ends up in and her washing up over and over again into Jubilee episodes.
9. Brittany Venti: Kept as Harp seal based off of looks alone

Nick as a famous seal would be Shlissik, he's a famous Baikal seal who has a twin brother named Kroshik. Kroshik is the sweetest thing and always behaves in interviews while Shlissik is the most chaotic stupid thing whos always trying to eat cameras, hates interviews, runs away, and tries to bite care tarkers.
Pinefat gets to be Queen Yuki, because of his pinefatness. (real life Yuki chan is not pinefat shes beauitful and lovely)
