B.A.P You Have a Nightmare

Yongguk – Gets very little sleep so he’d be pretty out of it the first minute or so. Once his brain kicked on he’d rub his eyes and ask if you were alright. His reaction might depend on how tired he was. If he was jolted awake by your nightmare it’d be hard for him to go back to sleep too. He’d suggest changing locations like going out to snuggle on the couch and probably fall asleep there. If he was flat out exhausted he’d do something like throw his arm over you and say it was ok, trying to get you to go back to sleep with him. If you couldn’t, you’d slip out of bed on your own, not wanting to ruin his chance at sleeping as well.

Himchan – It’s guaranteed that you’d be wrapped in his arms to begin with so he’d wake up pretty quickly if you were having a nightmare. Immediately he’d pull back to give you some space, brushing the sweaty strands of hair away. If you weren’t that freaked once you were awake he’d make a little joke about interrupting his beauty sleep. But if you were upset he’d pull you into a tight embrace and rub circles along your back until your breathing calmed and the tension left your body. The two of you would most likely fall asleep again in this position.

Daehyun – After you startled the hell out of him, he’d work on catching his own breath. Then he’d turn his attention toward taking care of you. If you were upset he’d be very touchy-feely and dote on you. Hands never leaving your neck or arms he’d ask what would make you feel better. Get up for a snack? He’d join you. Want to talk about it? He’d lay back and listen (though don’t put it past him not to fall asleep again). And once you’d settled down he may even begin to nibble on your neck. Daehyun is the King of Distractions. It could work right? But if you weren’t in the mood he’d back off and do whatever you wanted.

Youngjae – Waking up to see you upset he’d ask what was going on. It would bother him to see you so agitated and he’d very much feel the need to fix it. After asking for details about your dream he’d try to rationalize your fears away. Youngjae would have you lay back and rest your head in the crook of his elbow. While the two of you stared at the ceiling he’d point out all the reasons your dream wouldn’t come true. Once the tension left your body he’d turn his head to the side and kiss your temple. While nuzzling you he’d say he’d never let anything happen to you, so go ahead and rest.

Jongup – He’s pretty level headed and not prone to massive reactions. Half-awake he’d ask if you were ok, then try to calm you down so you’d go back to sleep. He’d be one to repeat several times that everything was fine, you were safe with him. If he was drifting off again but felt you fidgeting he’d tuck you under his chin and hold you close murmuring reassurances as he fell back into dreamland. Feeling his strong, warm body against yours would settle your racing heart. Breathing in the scent of him would lull you back asleep in no time.  

Zelo – At first he’d be a confused deer in headlights. Having you wake so suddenly would be a little alarming for him. But he’d get it together and figure out you had a nightmare. I don’t know why, but I see him treating you like Mochii and babying you while he’s trying to calm you down. He’d be half awake and on autopilot. Junhong never really utilizes his size but in this instance he’d make an exception. He’d wrap his giant body around your smaller frame, trying to be the ultimate big spoon so you could feel secure and safe enough to go back to sleep.
