Dick's influence is obvious and while they didn't state it, I believe the cat part was Damian's contribution.

Hello again, little me. I have a bit of a delicate question. You don't need to answer if it you don't wish too. The thing is, I don't really... remember the Drakes very well. I only found out they were my parents very recently, and they had passed a few years ago. The only person who might know anything worth telling is Grandfather, and he refuses to discuss them. I was wondering if you might be able to tell me something about them? - Timothy al Ghul

Oh, well. There's not really much to tell.

Mother and Father are away a lot... For 2 - 8 months at a time, usually. They bring home things for me sometimes, and they send gifts for my birthday or Christmas, but they usually aren't home.

They're always busy. But I've gotten used to the quiet.

Alfred-hugs are nice hugs. I'm afraid I'm going to have to go, for now. Jason is very heavy and he's just nodded off. He's going to crush me, I swear, he's a behemoth of chili-dogs and sugar. -Asphodel

Timmy, there is no such thing as "as much as you should" when it comes to emotions. They are what they are and no one gets to tell you that what you feel isn't the "correct" amount. Now, go get cuddles from Dick, I think you need them. (Hug Jason next, and then Damian if he's not too angry. Bruce and Alfred too if they're around. That would be adorable.)

Yes. To some extent.

I'm used to them being gone so much, though. So perhaps I don't miss them as much as I should.

It's difficult, yes. But it's so very, very worth it. Because it hurts, doesn't it? And you don't know why? And you just poke at that hurt and question it and try to unravel it. It doesn't work, not really. And you're excited because it's a puzzle. And a little afraid that the puzzle made of the wrong pieces. But it comes together, beautifully. And nothing else in the world feels better than completing that puzzle. -Asphodel.

It's sad sometimes, that the person who understands you best is yourself. But other versions. I never thought of it this way until your said it.

My nurse gave me a small hand-made stuffed bear that she made herself for my third birthday. She liked to sew a lot, and that bear was the first stuffed animal she made.

It's not perfect, but isn't it the thought that counts?

I was… well, technically kidnapped, into the al Ghul family when I was nine. I think. Damian was two at the time, and beyond that the timeline's a little fuzzy. Grandfather arranged for it. He’s oddly fond of me for reasons I’m not sure of. Please tell Jason to calm down. If Grandfather hasn’t tried yet, he’s not going too. Most likely. And anyway, I had a perfectly lovely childhood up until I was fourteen. It’s not like you’d be in danger.

This is just a bit distressing. However, at least you had a good childhood, short as that time was.

Perhaps it's a good idea I haven't left the house. I doubt he has heard of me, or perhaps he just doesn't feel the need.

I'll try to calm him down. We'll see how it goes.
