I love how well ffxiii handles relationships, and Snow and Hope’s is no exception. I love the growth between them, especially from Hope’s side. Hope easily looks to Snow as a big brother figure after their talk in Palumpolum, from hiding behind him if he’s scared, to running to help him and calling his name with so much worry if he gets hurt. But it’s this scene in particular that really gets me. Hope trying to be tough, but Snow just,,,,hugs him,,,telling him to leave the fighting to him,,,and the way Hope just sags, truly looking like a scared child,,,it always gets me🥺😭😭
