Mary smirked at Lily's words as she took possesion of the seat beside her, knowing her studious friend hadn't bothered to see who was sitting before she let her quick temper fly. "Yes, well, when have I ever worried about what's polite." She paused for a moment listening to her own words and suppressed a chuckle. "Where you're concerned anyway."
Quickly— I need homework excuses ‘cause apparently my cat ate it won’t suffice.

30 DAY CHALLENGE; CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT
So last year I made a thirty day challenge for character development, and I was going to implement it into my roleplay. However that didn’t work out, but I’ve found it again. It’s yours to use for your characters, and hopefully it’ll help?
Magic : What was it like the first time your character experienced magic?
Anything from the trolly : What is your character’s favorite foods, sweets, color, season, and class?
Hogwarts : Describe the boat ride across the lake and the first moment they saw Hogwarts
Sorting Hat : Did your character always want to be in the house they were in? Explain your answer.
Mirror of Erised : What’s the thing your character most wants? How do they feel about it?
Flying : What is your character like on a broom? Describe a unique moment they had (or hadn’t) while flying.
Petrified : What’s the most shocking thing to happen to your character?
The Double Decker bus : Has your character ever wanted to escape their life? Run away? If they have, why?
Patronus : Describe the day that your character first unsuccessful made a Patronus and the day they produced it’s corporeal form.
Boggart : Everyone has fears, but what caused your character’s fear?
Time Turner : Is there one event or happening your character would like to erase/change from their past? Why?
Traveling : How does your character like to travel? By portkey and floo? By broom? Like muggles?
The Yule Ball : What’s your character like when they’re infatuated, crushing on, or in love with someone else? Do they love the feeling or loath it?
Dragon : Magic comes with a price, so what was the most dangerous experience your character had to date?
Mermaids : Whose the one person your character knows they’d save without second thought?
Maze : Describe a moment when your character faced loss.
'I must not tell lies' : Name one scar your character has, and tell us where it came from. If they don’t have any, is there a reason?
Amorentia : What might your character’s ideal romantic partner be?
Passing the Longbottoms : Has there ever been a moment when your character was either visiting or a patient in St. Mungos?
Undesirable No. 1 : Has your character ever felt unwanted by someone or people?
The Ministry of Magic : Has there ever been a reason for your character to go to the Ministry? What for?
Made all the wrong decisions : Describe a difficult decision that you character has had to make. Could they make? What stopped them or made them make their decision?
Lightening has struck : What would the ideal playlist be for your character? Would it just be one song or a smattering variety of many songs?
Merry Christmas : Describe a not so festive event that occurred for your character during the holidays
Lockets and Diadems : Describe an ugly moment for your character
Always : Who does your character trust the most?
Come to die : Describe one selfless act that your character did. Did they want to do it?
Train station : If your character could relive one moment in their life again, what would be that moment?
By Owl : Write a letter to your character, from yourself.
19 years later : Write a future head canon of where your character would be nineteen years from now [Feel free to update this accordingly]

Then you have a very limited imagination. I am bloody awful when I'm ill. Ask Lily or Marlene. Generally if I'm ill I'm hiding in the dorm so they're the only ones who've experienced the horror first hand.
