Not sure who needs to hear this, but... Water yourself. Eat without watching YouTube. Go on phone-less walks (where safe). Go to the restroom without your phone (where safe). Leave people on read until you're ready. Practice daily journaling. Go to museums and bookstores. Practice daily to-do lists. Buy more live flowers. Practice daily stretching. Practice socializing without alcohol. Think highly of yourself. No more negative self-talk. Honor your inner child. Don't avoid mirrors. Be conscious of what you consume. Don't take things personally. Prioritize getting good sleep. Above all else, love yourself.
