I had a really bad dream today.

In my dream, my friend (who I affectionately call daddy and sometimes do things with) called me and told me they were doing sexual things with another person. Brain dump tw I hate myself

I hate that I struggle so much with communication. I feel like I try to say one thing but it always comes out as another thing. My anxiety just takes over and I feel like it’s just always so bad. I try to reassure myself. I try so hard to not overthink. It’s hard with all my anxiety but I thought I was getting better at it. I feel like it’s just one thing someone says and then I spiral and then I say something I don’t fully mean because I can’t figure out the right words to say it. I hate it. I don’t know why I have so much trouble at this grown age. I hate that I can’t properly communicate. I feel like I work so hard at it to get it in my head and then it just goes to shit so fast and I’m back to square one.

I hate being so shy. I hate assuming so much. I try not to. I don’t even realize I do sometimes. It hurts to know that I’ve failed at something I try so hard to avoid. I hate that it’s hard for me. I’m just so frustrated with myself. What the fuck is wrong with my brain that I can’t follow these simple things? Don’t overthink. Don’t assume. Internalize reassurance so I don’t have to constantly ask for it.

I just feel so sick with myself. I’m just constantly messing up and constantly asking for forgiveness and just constantly trying everyone’s patience. I really don’t get what’s wrong with me. I want to change. I want to do better. I’m trying. I’m sorry that I mess up so much. I have so many fears that fuel my anxiety. I hate that it happens. I just want it to stop.
